I did NOT have the Best experience with this Clinic. The Old Office seemed small and the New Office is only slightly bigger. I had to book out VERY far in advance and it was very hard to get an appointment. I had to book about 4 months in advance and had to reschedule about 4 times because of health insurance coverage issues. The New Location is difficult to park and right in the center of Midtown. I've had to call the Billing Department multiple times because of billing issues and left voicemails. They don't let you get seen unless you pay in Full in Advance or Health Insurance pays. I recently got Medicaid but they wouldn't see me because they said Medicaid wasn't working properly in their system and kept giving them an error for my Account. So unfortunately, Billing doesn't answer or call you back with any questions or issues, so they were no help. Once My Medicaid settled down and I FINALLY got to have my Initial appointment this month on Jan 2026, I still did NOT receive the best care. My Appt was at 9:45am, but there is a 15 min early check-in required and we checked-in @9:30am on the dot. We almost waited a WHOLE HOUR to get seen. We didn't get called and taken to the back until 10:18am, I know because I watched the clock. The Assistant kind of dismissed us when I told him we had waited almost an hour in the lobby and he just said they were busy and backed up and that we only "technically" waited 30 mins since my appointment was at 9:45am. But I told him that THEY required us to check-in 15 mins prior so we've been waiting for almost 50 minutes to be exact, which I don't understand the point of an Appointment then if that's the case. I guess he got embarressed and started acting nervous/weird the rest of the appointment, instead of focusing on good customer service. The Doctor came in after a few minutes and looked at my problem area on my skin, and prescribed me over-the-counter skin cream and told me to come back in 6-8 weeks for a follow-up. I felt rushed and dismissed, which I assumed because they were behind. I wish I had a better Doctor experience and wish they listened and slowed down because we waited a very long time, just to be rushed out. I was kind of disappointed since it was soo hard to get in, I thought the Doctor would at least do some testing or blood work since I've had this skin problem for over 5 years and never had it before. He said it could be due to age and I'm pretty sure he wanted to say due to my weight. I'm only 31 and even when I was 200 pounds, I never had this skin problem before. I'm only about 180 now and still losing more weight but the affected skin area is still the same. This whole experience was pretty rough. I don't know if we'll go back. Also, for a new location, you would think the Patient rooms would be better but the paint on the walls were peeling off, the tables and beds looked plain, old, and outdated. But the lobby bathrooms looked okay.

I had a very positive experience at my annual exam. Their new location had ample parking, the staff was kind and efficient. Praise for Dr. Michener’s gentle care and patient listening to this elderly patient. Isaac too.

Flew down from Fairbanks. Saw Season yesterday for pre op. Excellent. Had my procedure this morning, assisted by Christina. Excellent as well. Dr Ehrnstrom was the best as well. Everyone took the time to thoroughly explain everything in great detail, and made sure we understood all instructions for aftercare and as to what the procedure would entail. I would gladly give this clinic 5 stars, 10 stars , or however many its possible to give. And the icing on the cake was the Dr Seuss artwork.!!! They were a big part of my life growing up and my kids as well. Thank you all!!!

I have been seeing Dr Moreland for years and he is a very fine, caring doctor. He once discovered a growth that turned out to be a melanoma (my second) and he saw me through that whole experience. Before becoming Dr Moreland’s patient, I was an early patient of Dr Ehrnstrom’s right after he opened the clinic, and he was also very caring and he certainly knows his Mohs really well! It is a great clinic and I love the new space, too!

I wasn’t red On sure where to park and parked in the Key Bank parking lot and walked next door. I am back to the room right on time and the doctor came in within a couple of minutes. He was nice and professional and told me unless my test result comes back with something. I don’t need to come back until next year. The office was really nice and so was all of the staff. I would recommend them.

Great service and the front desk girls are super friendly and welcoming. I specially appreciate that they have bilingual people in the front too it shows that they care about their patients and want to help them the best way possible. Doctor was great and was able to provide me with the information I needed looking forward to my future appointments there.

I've been going to this dermatology center for close to 20 years and have seen a variety of providers and each and every one of them demonstrates professionalism, knowledge, sensitivity, and takes the time to answer my questions. I book appointments six or more months out, knowing how busy they are, which is a testament to the fantastic service they provide.
