I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Brian Chang fully expecting to discuss surgical options to refine my physique. Instead, I walked out incredibly impressed — and honestly grateful — because he told me there was nothing he could realistically improve upon. He explained that my proportions were already quite ideal and that surgery would not meaningfully enhance my results. That level of honesty is rare. Dr. Chang is fantastic. I had an abscess on my foot, had to have it debrided and a plate from previous surgery removed. Because of the infection the wound couldn’t be closed by stitches and I had to be on a wound vac. My doctor asked Dr. Chang to consult. He performed two surgeries, one being a skin graft. After time for it to heal the wound is closed and healed. He is amazing and has a great bedside manner. I would wholeheartedly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Chang!
