Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

I visited Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery yesterday, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were professional, organized, and very welcoming. The doctor took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained my condition clearly, and answered all my questions without rushing, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. The examination was thorough and professional, and the clinic itself was very clean and well-organized. I left feeling reassured and satisfied with the treatment plan that was recommended. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for professional dermatologic care with a caring and respectful approach. A very positive experience, and I will definitely return.

My surgery to remove a skin cancer on my forehead went very smoothly yesterday. Each step was explained carefully and carried out in an efficient manner with concern for my comfort throughout the procedure. Dr. DeMarco and his staff made me very confident of a positive outcome. They provided directions for my home care as well. I appreciated the care I received from everyone involved in my procedure.

Excellent office. Definitely recommended. People might get turned off because it's a very busy office and the wait times can be a little long once you're checked in. My dermatologist Dr. Glassman is phenomenal. I previously came from another office where they got the right diagnosis but weren't helping me due to poor treatment recommendations. Dr. Glassman confirmed the diagnosis and then put me on a treatment which actually fixed the condition. I think he's above many dermatologists because he's an instructor. Additionally, he removed a Dysplastic Nevis from my back that the other dermatologist missed. there are a few cosmetic details that could be improved at the office like new chairs to replace the peeling ones and a coat of paint on the doors but that's just superficial. The medical staff was also well trained. Enjoy the rapid elevators that only go up to the level you need. Once you register for the patient portal the notes are easy to access and thorough. The only thing I would recommend is that they upload the pathology reports to the portal for record keeping. Great office. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Advanced dermatology has a great team at the Alexandria office. Even the receptionists/ front desk staff are polite and greet you warmly. Emily Grisnick and her team are great. Emily's medical assistant, Brook, (I believe that's her name), was friendly and professional as well, and very detailed- oriented. She even followed-up with me the next day to ensure that I was good to go. Emily is very knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. She takes her time with ensuring all of your concerns are addressed, and that your questions are answered. She listens effectively and partners with you in finding a solution that works best for you. She actual cares. When checking out, the receptionist was attentive and took her time with answering my questions and assisting me with my purchase. I wasn't rushed or pressured. Even with the checkout line building up, she was polite, patient, present with me, and thanked everyone for their patience. All around, great customer service and care. Thank you!

I showed up late and the staff still fit me in and gave me priority. Awesome place, great customer service, my procedure is covered by insurance. IDK how they have 4 stars this is a 5 star establishment. Shout out Riley over there for being extremely helpful and sweet during my visit. If your skin is effed up this is the place to go.

This office is an excellent combination of friendliness and professionalism, from the front desk, to the Medical Assistant, the Dr, and the checkout experience. There was a hiccup with my appt scheduling, but they were very quick to accommodate me. I am a new patient, and will definitely return. I am in the healthcare business, and it is obvious this practice is very well run!

I have been a patient for over 5 years and it’s the best all around from professionalism, knowledge and clean. The doctors are the best, they take time with your needs ,listening to what issues I have. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Advance Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery. The wait is another plus you don’t wait for hours. I love it and don’t want to go anywhere else.
