I showed up today fifteen minutes prior to my three thirty scheduled appointment. To sit there for 45 minutes while every person that came in after me except one woman that came in right before I left was taken back for their appointment, I went to the receptionist and she's like, oh no, you're signed in, they'll be out to get you anytime. A nurse comes. Out to get an older gentleman that literally had come in 15 minutes ago to see the same doctor I was Schedule to see and he was taken back and doctor pastels, nurse said something about I can't help but if people are showing up an hour prior to their appointment, well then don't take them back,. The person that came 15 minutes ahead of time and was there at an appropriate time for her appointment, so now you lose A patient that shows up for her appointments and the girl at the front window, an especially the doctor's nurse, were downright rude about the situation.Shame on all of you. My time is just as valuable as anybody elses.
