A representative took my call at 8:30AM, I became very upset with how and the way she spoke to me over the call. I was trying to schedule an appointment but this girl was sassy the whole call explaining to me and didn’t seem to have no care at all with how she was addressing to me the new providers policies for quest. Since I was trying to schedule with my dermatologist Dr Nadia who I have not seen in months due to my pregnancy. I called back again trying to find out her name and expressing my concerns why I was upset. The second rep claimed she is not in office working and she tried to ask if I knew the name and I told her I don’t know who that is (with her name guesses) that’s why I was asking you. She was apologetic and said she was going to inform the provider my concerns.

Saw Dr. Wong for severe itching over entire body which Dupixent was no longer managing the itchiness. He diagnosed me with dermatographia within 1 minute, but then followed up the diagnosis by telling me to google it! Unacceptable! He was walking out of the exam room while I was still asking questions and he was giving me basically shoulder shrugs! This doctor should choose to retire because he does not care about educating the patient with a new diagnosis. He prescribed a small tube of topical steroid ointment which might have covered 1 leg of mine, but my entire body was itching from scalp to toes! Plus who wants to apply steroidal cream to their scalp and go to work with greasy looking hair? Retire Dr. Wong, you are not interested in educating patients ! You only want to collect payment for the visit! Pathetic!

Had a biopsy of freckle on my ankle by one of the ladies in office. I was called back for 2nd visit to take a deeper sample and they dug out a hole that looked like a bullet hole. Two days later the wound looked sore and red and I was alarmed and went back to my PCP who gave me antibiotics and referred me to wound center at Queens West. My legg was swollen and I had 3 visits there and still the hole isn’t healed after 2.5 months. Plus it tested for staff infection. I know I got the infection from Thier office. They are extremely busy and running patients in and out like cattle. Office doesn’t smell or look very clean. I am not satisfied with what they did to me.

Good doctor but TERRIBLE LEADER. I found it very unprofessional of him to yell at his employee in front of me. He could have easily taken her aside and corrected her. You need to calm your nerves before you pop a vein. Sheesh…. Tip to employees: hide/rearrange stuff, then quit lol

~ appt booking web page is not working unable to send msg/no send button? And phone line is not working multiple attempt different occasions after press 1 for returning pt phone hangs up.i need to Cancel and ReSchedule appointment but unable to do so,No one answers phone and unable to send any messages online. Mahalo.
