Had to cancel by procedure due to financial hardship (mind you for an appointment that I scheduled MONTHS from now) & they still kept my 10% deposit ($500) even after letting them know that the cancellation policy was explained to me INCORRECTLY in person when I signed it. Completely inhumane, do not give them your business.

I got my 79 year old facial for an hour. For her birthday.I thought she would just love the pampering! And she did! Very very much so! I did not expect that her complexion would be vibrant! Even she was impressed! Thank you guy's for helping my mom feel better about herself! I sincerely appreciate it!

I have only been to this place twice. The first experience was great, no wait I was in and out. The second time i made an appointment for laser hair removal. I arrived 10 minutes early, checked in the front desk and was told to wait. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time and decided to leave. I never had anyone check in on me and tell me I'd be taken care of shortly. I would have been okay with waiting 10 minutes if the tech or someone told me they'd be with me soon as they finished. That wasn't the case, I was hoping it would go well. Maybe they'll correct that issue and hopefully other people don't have to wait 20 minutes or more past their appointment time.

I have been going to the Hendrick Medspa for 2 years now! I love getting my massages there-Maria is amazing! Very professional, kind, and a great massage therapist! By now, all the workers know my name and it's so nice to be greeted with a friendly smile every time I walk into the Medspa. The atmosphere is perfect and I feel more relaxed the minute I walk in the door. I highly recommend the Medspa!

I work in the area and tried a massage upon a recommendation. I was so impressed by the peaceful atmosphere and professional service. My room and session were set up according to my preferances at no additional charge. I also didnt have ANY wait time. My appointment was my appointment. Thank you, Thank you, Medspa!

I had laser hair removal started at a place in Dallas but it just didn’t quite fully take, even though I’m a great candidate and I drove all the way there for 6 appointments. I decided to try some more sessions, but was worried I’d have to drive to Dallas again. Being from the North, I’m kind of a snob, and I just want the best, especially when it comes to my body. I wasn’t sure Abilene would have what I was looking for. I’d heard Dr. Wong here in Abilene had a new machine and that it was state-of-the-art. I figured why not try it, especially since it’s local. I’m so so glad I came here -the process was not painful, Dr. Wong was super professional and patient in explaining everything to me, and the most important thing is I can already tell it’s working better than the last place I went to in Dallas. Plus, in Dallas, I got some nice but clearly trained-in-10-hours technician. At Abilene Plastic Surgery, I got a well-respected surgeon. I definitely recommend getting this done by someone with "Dr" in their name. I’m kicking myself for not coming here first.

I have always had excellent experiences here. The staff is amazing. Lauren is so intention and caring. Always appreciative of their work and Dr Bridge as well was very professional and took so much time to explain lots of details to me.
