I fractured a molar on Saturday and after speaking with Dawn I was immediately put at ease. Because it wasn’t emergent, I called the office Monday and had an appointment for that morning. Throughout the whole process Dawn was engaging, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and empathetic. Think of a positive adjective and it probably applies. During the appointment, Diane handled the x-rays and prep like a true professional. Pleasant and efficient during the whole appointment. Dr. Yousefi is excellent. She explained and walked me through the whole process. There were no surprises. She answered all my questions in a way that only someone that actually cares, has the experience and expertise could. Heck, the whole office and patient rooms were remodeled recently in a bright inviting manner. Adding to the comfort of the whole dental practice. All of this is the reason my whole family goes here and that I recommend them to family and friends.

From the person answering the phone to the person doing the billing to the people doing our cleaning to the people doing actual dental work… Amazing work and amazing customer service. in particular, Dawn Gomez has always made me feel like I’m part of the family and she always is so above and beyond helpful. I would recommend her to anybody.

I can’t express enough how deeply grateful I am for this place. I was in a bind and needed an emergency visit and there were able to squeeze me in same-day. Everyone at this practice is extremely kind and professional, shout out to Dawn, Marci, and Dr. Armen! Thank you all so much

Best dentist office I have ever worked with. Every team member is 100% amazing. The doctor has a warm and friendly chairside manner, is so skillful and offers value and incredible service. Front office is the very best, period. I have nothing bad to say, which says a lot.

WHFD Are The Absolute Best! Dawn is awesome! She not only listened to what I was trying to achieve but provided multiple options, methods and cost, to make it all possible for me to get everything I wanted done! The front office and staff are extremely professional and very supportive, top shelf all the way. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Dr. Shawn was awesome! I couldn’t have felt, or been, more comfortable. He explained everything he was going to do / doing and did everything in the timeframe he, and Dawn, told me they would. As for the finished product, simply amazing! I couldn’t be happier, my teeth and smile are literally Perfect!!! Thanks WHFD, you’re the Bestest!!!!

Watch your bills very carefully as they double bill/charge you!!!!!!! The dentists and general staff are top notch, however, there are scams in billing. I have dental insurance, they told me to pay at the visit, then they reimburse me after they submit insurance claims, so I waited until my insurance statements showed that visits are fully paid, then I asked the billing person to reimburse me, sadly, I have not gotten my refund, which is several months after. The billing person told me the same thing lying and repeat lying but never issue me my refund.
