Winston Smiles Dentistry

Been going to Winston Smiles since I was young. Revisiting as an adult has been a pleasure. The front desk staff are very friendly and kind. I was a few minutes late for my cleaning and called in to let them know. They were very sweet and understanding, and got me into the back almost immediately after I arrived. Dental tech was excellent - she suggested an approachable care plan and adjusted it to suit a tighter budget. Teeth are feeling smooth and shiny after visit.

Wow. I have never experienced such kindness and passion at a dentist office. Being an educator myself, I am firm believer in educating patients throughout their entire treatment. I'm also a firm believer in transparency. Both of which everyone did here during my visit! My hygienist, Tiffany, was so gentle on my gums and was happy to explain in detail about the anatomy and microbiology of the mouth/teeth which I very much appreciated. Overall, this is quite literally the best experience I've had at the dentist. Everyone was warm, welcoming and you can tell they are all very passionate and excited about what they do! I've never said this before, but I can't wait for my next cleaning in May! 🙂

This is the first dentist my daughter has ever gone to that she wasnt in pain and left with a smile every time! She is the reason my whole family comes here and has for the past 8 years! Doctor Albertson and Candy have taken awesome care of my family's dental needs and have treated us like family since day one! I am so thankful for them and I no longer have anxiety before a dentist appointment! Love and appreciate them so mich! ❤️

It was my first time today. They got me in for same day service. A-1 service from the time I walked in. All the ladies up front to (Jennifer) then to Morgan to Dr. Taylor(EXCELLENT)work , to Tiffany the hygienist. I’ve found my Dentist home, no need to go any where else. Customer service is a biggie for me and YALL have got it and gone. I really appreciated this .Thank you so much🥰

i don’t think i’ve ever had a better experience at a dentist’s office until this place. i came in this morning after a problem tooth breaking last night and the assistant (jasmine, i believe) and my dentist (zack) were beyond efficient and comforting throughout my time there. even the lady i checked out with (kendra?) exuded the same energy. you can tell the people here aren’t out for your wallet and actually want to help, and that means the world people.

I’ve been a patient of this practice since I was in my youth and have never experienced any issues—until today. I called to schedule an appointment and was informed that I had not been seen since 2010. After contacting my insurance company and confirming that I was indeed seen in 2023, the practice still refused to schedule me, stating that I would now be considered a new patient and they are no longer accepting new patients. This level of inconsistency and lack of professionalism from both the staff and the physicians is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

This is the best dentist office I've ever been to! I love miss Merita! I usually don't like the dentist office. My girl Cheesy 🧀 is the best! At the front office. I love yall thanks for making my day even at the dentist office y'all the BEST
