Restoration Dental of Winston-Salem

As someone who doesn't love going to the dentist, I have to let it be known: I LOVE this office. From the minute you walk in, the space is bright and welcoming, and the entire staff is easygoing (but very thorough with their work) and amiable. I have had dentists in the past that recommended what I felt were unnecessary interventions (only saying this because my mom is a hygienist - I'm definitely no dental professional), but Dr. Brotzman is very to-the-point and trustworthy. Super special thanks to Angel (my hygienist), Megan (dental assistant), Dr. Brotzman of course, and last but not least, the receptionist (whose name I didn't catch) for making my two visits so pleasant. I definitely recommend this group to anyone looking for a dentist!

I had a fantastic experience during my dental cleaning! Debbie was professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Angel was gentle yet thorough with my cleaning — I felt completely comfortable and confident throughout the cleaning. Dr. Brotzman was very informative about the findings of my exam, and the process of what to expect for treatment. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a top-notch dental cleaning!

As a new patient walking in, the office is beautiful. Debbie immediately greeted me and was so kind and helpful. Dentist offices aren't my favorite place but I felt welcome and calm. Megan was super helpful and friendly about my issues and very personable. Dr. Brotzman was very friendly and explained everything very well. I highly recommend this office! They went above and beyond my expectations.

Very first Dentist I’ve been to since moving to Winston and I’ll say already that I don’t need to go anywhere else. Had to get my very first root canal & I hope to never need one again haha! But the staff is absolutely great and so friendly. Each staff member is so kind and that goes a long way.. 10/10 recommend. Thank u all ❤️

I loved my experience at Restoration Dental! From the receptionist, to the hygienist to Dr. Brotzman, everyone was so professional. I feel my can was very thorough. Angel gave me good advice about caring for my teeth and gums. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

I had an awesome experience with this team! Dr. Brotzman answered my call himself, and was able to get in for an appointment the next day. Debbie, the receptionist, was an absolute pleasure to talk to. My hygienist, Angel, was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Brotzman and Angel were both able to show me sleek visuals of my teeth, and explain clear next steps.

Hands down a wonderful experience! Everyone that I met today was incredibly kind. Debbie, the receptionist, is a ray of sunshine when you walk in. Angel, the hygienist was very gentle and sweet and really helped settle my nerves when I walked in. Dr. Brotzman was very personable and kind as well! I certainly feel like I have found my new dental practice and will be recommending this practice to any friends and family who are looking as well.
