Dr. Garrett and his whole office is amazing! Recently took my 7 year old to have a filling done and it couldn’t have been easier. They now have a laser to "drill" the cavity, so my son didn’t have to get numb! No needles!! It was such a smooth process and they were so calm and gentle with my son who was asking a million questions the whole time! Thank you guys so much!!!

Dr. Garrett and his entire staff are genuinely concerned with giving you the best dental care but also with your complete comfort. I have a complicated mouth and dental history but they have made everything so easy for me. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been going here for years. The staff is always so friendly and Dr. Garrett has always taken the best care of us. I appreciate the fact that he gives me honest assessments of situations so that I can make the best decision on any dental work recommended. It’s refreshing to not feel like I’m being pushed into do something that may not be necessary. Truly a great dentist with a top notch team.

Dr. Garrett has been taking care of our family's dental needs for well over 20 years. His caring chairside manner, and gentle handling of dental procedures make you feel comfortable, and at ease. His staff, from the front office, to the dental hygienists, and the dental assistants, all emulate Dr. Garrett's friendly, and down to earth style. I cannot recommend Dr. Greg Garrett and the team at Wilmington Smiles highly enough! Give them a try...your teeth will be glad you did!

From pulling into the parking area to saying, "Thank you and Goodbye"! I was in awe of the professional services and tender care I received during my first and recent visit! I was kindly greeted and seated right away. The forms I need to complete were clearly explained and I never felt rushed or pressured . The atmosphere throughout the entire office would put anyone at ease! The staff was equally kind and attentive to returning patients. That says a lot to me! Dr. Garrett's reputation was quite impressive and he and his Staff, fully lived up to it! Their professionalism lacked nothing! It wasn't just customer service, it was "Customer Care"! And I'm more than satisfied with the "Care" I received!

Dr. Garrett and his staff are THE BEST in the business. I walked into the office for my first visit and was immediately greeted with a smile. The office itself is absolutely gorgeous, and feels like you’re stepping into a friend’s living room instead of a dental office. Debbie was my hygienist for the day and did a phenomenal job. She was so kind and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire cleaning. When Dr. Garrett came in, he was personable and funny, making my experience even more enjoyable. I am a client for LIFE!
