Wilmington Kids Dentist

My daughter was admitted to the hospital with a life threatening infection and cellulitis in her face after receiving 2 fillings here. I would also like to add that during the fillings my daughter was scared and uncooperative and the dentist continued to complete the procedure with notes even stating "multiple periods of stopping and restarting due to patient being uncooperative" This was negligent and never should have happened to begin with. At that point they should have stopped the procedure and recommended conscious sedation or general anesthesia another day to ensure the fillings were completed CORRECTLY. But instead, my 6 year old had to suffer unbearable pain, a hospital stay, an IV, and an oral surgery. Her face was so swollen she was unrecognizable and cried when she looked in the mirror. I highly recommend staying far away from this dentist unless you want to risk your child’s life.

By far the best children’s dentistry I have ever taken my child to. I love this place and would recommend to anyone! Very friendly and informative staff. The place is always so clean. The part I love the most is that you can stay with your child throughout the visit! Some dental places don’t let you do that and I refuse to be told I can’t be with my child! This place rocks!!

I as a parents enjoy bringing my child here. NEVER DO I EVER have any problem with the front desk. Jennifer and Ruth do an outstanding job. Dental assistants Maddie, Crystal and Hannah always make my child comfortable. And ask what's his favorite things are. Which I love because my child wasnt ready to go in for his clean up. Dentist Hannah amazing. Answers my questions where I can understand.

Best children’s dentist around. We drive 2 hr to get here every time. Dr. Danielle was phenomenal. The staff there is AMAZING! If I could give 1000 stars I would. My daughter is autistic and trust me when I say, best children dentist clinic.

Dr seri was amazing! great bedside manner and my daughter felt very comfortable. Mecca the assistant was also wonderful and so friendly!

If your child weighs more than 88 pounds and has anxiety at the dentist, do not bring them here. I read the reviews and I was fooled. We did the consultation we got our treatment date which I had to call and get cause they never called me back once we arrived. They gave my daughter a medication. It was supposed to be a consious sedation. They did not tell me till an hour after they gave it to her that their max weight is 88 pounds for the medication they’re allowed to give she’s double that so it did not work. She was scared to death of the Velcro board that they strap you into. She started freaking out. They didn’t even talk to her and try to calm her down. They just called me in the hallway and told me they’re referring her to the hospital first anesthesia so I took off of work drove hours from Jacksonville to Wilmington and back wasted money and gas. She missed school and they didn’t fix one tooth Then one of them needed an extraction. They said they’ll hold her head down and rip it out. I said absolutely not the people check you in and take vitals and x-rays are friendly, but they definitely can’t handle a child with anxiety.
