The older white woman with glasses and gray hair at the 15 items or less checkout 2/20/2025 at around 8:30am was rude, asked "Are you smart?" In a bit of a annoyed tone because I was looking at maybe walking that way. I get it, retail sucks, I also work in retail, but I've never insulted a customer like that... A "Sorry you'll need to go to a different one" or something would be better... I woke up at 5am, and was a little zoned out. It was embarrassing. All the other staff was nice and helpful. I know it's hard work. Thank you!
Deborah, at the front entrance of the store, needs training on her customer service skills. There was no reason for her to be so rude to me for going out the wrong way when I was stopping to make sure she didn’t need to check me because an alarm went off. After she informed me I went out the wrong way, rudely, she continued to talk to other coworkers behind my back after I walked away saying "not today girl, not today" I turned around to confront her and she continued to speak rudely to me. THIS is not how the face of a company is supposed to treat their customers period!! Learn how to treat the ones who are shopping at your location with respect or lose your customers. You’re not the only store in the area.
Had a horrible experience at this location this past week. Horrible. After three days my truck had to be carried off on a flatbed and refusal to be fixed for the errors cause by this auto care location. Please, avoid this place for any auto service. I am most likely looking at having to replace my engine. They overfilled my truck my 2 quarts resulting in a blown gasket and internal damage. After having the oil drained the following day (34 miles) by Blacks tire (highly recommend) we discovered the oil to be black, old and smelling of fuel and other contaminats. I seriously think they put used oil in my truck. There no possible way to have that much oil degradation after 34 miles of light driving. The manager was even worse to deal with by basically telling me to leave and deal with the insurance company as they left my truck still broken in the parking lot. The auto care lead, Kris had the audacity to then tell me "any vehicle left after closing will be towed." The most unacceptable and disappointing experience I've ever had in my life. So sad. Avoid like the plague folk. Don't say I didn't warn you.
While a lot of Walmarts feel the same, this Supercenter really stands out. It is consistently one of the cleanest and most well-stocked Walmarts I’ve shopped at. The showroom floor is always tidy and organized, and they don’t clog up the walkways with stocking pallets and boxes like so many other stores do. As a mom with a cart and kids, I really appreciate being able to move through the aisles easily without having to squeeze past stuff. Overall, the cleanliness, organization, and smooth traffic flow make this location a genuinely stress-free, efficient shopping experience.
The money center, needs to train their employees better, I was told today I couldn’t get a check cashed because it was over 200$ , it was a completely valid check, I had my ID and everything and she rudely turned me away. I’ve been able to cash checks for over 200$ plenty of times there but for whatever reason when I get this lady she always finds a reason to double charge me a fee or not help me at all. She needs to be retrained…..
Dear Walmart Management, I am writing to bring to your attention a troubling experience I had while shopping at your store today. During my visit, I encountered an employee named Makayla, who approached me in a manner that I found to be rude and unprofessional. She specifically asked, "Is there a problem?" when I was simply looking for an item. While I initially did not think much of it, I later overheard her making disparaging remarks about me to another employee. What was most concerning, however, was when I heard her discussing using cocaine before her shifts in order to "get through" them. This behavior is not only alarming but raises serious concerns regarding the safety and professionalism of your employees. As a 37-year-old woman who understands the challenges of work, it was disheartening to witness such a lack of responsibility, particularly in a public-facing role like that of a Walmart employee. The combination of rudeness and the casual conversation about drug use was unsettling, and I believe it could reflect poorly on your store and the customer experience. I have been a loyal customer of Walmart for many years, but this incident has left me deeply concerned and hesitant to return. I hope that this situation is addressed appropriately to ensure that future customers do not have similar experiences. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I trust that you will take the necessary steps to maintain the high standards expected from your team. Sincerely, Rachel Bloyd
I work for an elderly gentleman and he placed a delivery order for some accessories to hookup his new dryer, they sent him a floor vent in substitution for a dryer hose. How is that a proper substitute??? And I called the store 8 times and no one picks up the phone, so now I have to help him figure out how to get the proper items needed to hook up his dryer coming today from H4H. Horrible Walmart!!!!!!! And based on the reviews I've read right before placing this one, doesn't seem like they even care
