Heritage Guns

One of the best small firearms shops Ive been fortunate enough to find anywhere on the East Coast. I reached out to Heritage Guns to inquire about selling some of my collection on consignment and recently went by the shop to drop off the equipment and get some guidance on pricing. I am beyond appreciative and impressed by the level of service and how helpful they were. True professionals, super insightful and honest, and very generous sharing their time and knowledge. While I am a bit bummed to be letting one of my M1 Garands go to cover some surprise dental expenses- I could not be more pleased with the experience working with Heritage Guns and stumbling across an awesome little shop in my new town. Top notch shop, knowledgeable owners, and wonderful service. Awesome in every respect!

100% the best local shop around! Heritage Guns always takes care of you at a great price! Friendly staff & great service! I will continue to keep coming back.

My order shipped the day after I placed my order. The customer service was the best I’ve experienced. Any questions I asked, they answered and without feeling like I was inconveniencing them. The best experience I had. 100/10. Will 100% buy again from this shop.

Big red flag when I called, should have known when she answered (accent) the phone. Should have politely said, sorry wrong number. I went in anyway as commented below, I was not greeted and they did look like what are you doing here. Long story short, I ended up at Tiller & Lanier. Great customer service, knows Southern Hospitality. Make of it what you will.

I have 0 experience with firearms. Marty and Monica made me feel extremely comfortable while purchasing my first gun. Most had a wealth of knowledge that helped me decide which one to buy. I had a ton of questions and they were able to answer all of them. The store was extremely clean, organized, and they are very professional. I highly recommend this business to anyone in the Wilmington & Carolina Beach area!

Decent Gun Selections. Prices are a bit high but that's not the reason for this review I've been in here a few times and it's just the same situation. I don't get greeted or asked if need help. Kinda just feel like "why are you here right now" type of vibe. (EDIT - REPLY) - to answer your smart remark. I understand you can't make everyone happy and can't greet everyone but for one I was the only customer in the shop 2 outta 3 times and I decided to leave the review because the vibe finally clicked for me. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt. (EDIT - REPLY 2) that is a completely different Reply than the one that was originally Written. Are you playing batons with the Google reviews? No i am not that customer. I wouldn't be taking this time to not only make the review but also Reply twice now if i wasn't being Truthful. So pass the Google reviews to someone else now and write a completely new one because this one doesn't apply to me

I have been using Heritage since they opened, never once have I had a bad experience there. Marty and Monica are both helpful, courteous, and professional. I had to been to several other shops where you stand around and no one gives you the time of day (Jim's gun and pawn is one, happened there more than once), never experienced that here. His prices are fair, and if they don't have it, they can get it for you. I live in Leland and could very easily go to a store by me. But I don't, and won't. Respect and trust are huge with me, and Heritage Guns has earned both with me. 🤙
