I am very impressed with Dr. Gould. I fell last year and needed my front tooth replaced with an implant. Following the procedures I had absolutely no discomfort, and the professionalism and skill of Dr. Gould is exceptional. I couldn't image having the work done anywhere else. Also, his staff was very accommodating during the entire process during the last 10 months. Thank you all for an exceptional experience.

Dr Gould helped me so very much. I had a horrible accident ( on a Sunday a few months ago) and he saw me that Monday. The staff is so helpful and kind. The front staff girls are truly amazing. Dr Gould took the time to explain everything and we discussed together my best options. I never felt rushed during my consult. It was my front teeth. I just received my temporary implants and my outcome was amazing. I would recommend him without hesitation. I live 2 hours away and will not use anyone else. This was the second time I needed his services. Thank you Dr. Gould for everything! I’ll see you for follow up in 3 months.

Dr. Gould is one of the best periodontists on the East Coast. My daughter had a challenging dental situation and he took the time to truly help her. His knowledge and expertise shows in his periodontal work and bedside manner. His staff are friendly and went above and beyond with accommodating her schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Gould.

Saw Dr.Gould on Dec.6 2023 for 3 teeth extraction with bone graft. The entire procedure went smoothly & operation site healed beautifully. Dr. Gould has outstanding surgical skills, very knowledgeable & compassionate; always friendly, mild mannered.

I have always admired Dr. Gould for his excellent work, and the ability to manage his business in every way, from the serenity of his office to the employment/training of good staff, and so on. Recently, though, during a long procedure I witnessed a combination of efficiency and flexibility in the way he took care of my dental needs that is rare to find. That unique quality prompted me to write this review. As an older person, with plenty of experience in evaluation, I was delighted to see this skillful practice of a patient-centered treatment, which made me feel grateful to have found him. If you are looking for a dentist with questionable skills and a staff that has no concept of customer service, this is your practice. In December, 2021 I was in need of a front tooth dental implant. Unfortunately I needed a bone graft before I could get the implant which took place right before Christmas. The graft failed and became badly infected. The next attempt occurred in January. After that appointment I was told I would get a call telling me when my next appointment would be after the graft healed -- It was originally April. When I called the end of February to find out when my implant appointment would be I was told it was in May when my husband and I have been planning our 50th Wedding Anniversary trip. The front desk girl told me I would have to wait until August/September. I have been without a front tooth since December (except for the very uncomfortable "flapper". When I asked for another date. there was silence, I had to ask if she was still there -- when she finally spoke it was that I had to wait until August/September. I was devastated -- absolutely no compassion and in fact she was downright rude -- whenever I asked a question I would again have to ask if she was still there. After a couple of days, my husband called the Dr.'s cell phone and left a message explaining the situation. Four days later he finally called and said he would see what he could do -- we have never heard back from him or his staff. If he is so overbooked, he should not be taking on new patients. I am now in the hands of a competent practice that my General Practitioner recommended. Think carefully before you use this guy and one more thing -- check the prices with other practitioners who offer the same service without being treated so poorly
