Dr Caparelli and her staff are amazing. I’ve been seeing her for my cleanings the past few years and during my last visit I mentioned an issue with one of my molars that needed re-filling. She was able to fit me into her busy schedule quickly. The repair to my tooth was done painlessly without any issues. Dr Caparelli is highly recommended to anyone looking for an exceptional dentist in Wilmington.

I am so grateful for Mrs Kim Caparelli. I don't have dental insurance so I reached out to Donated Dentist services and Mrs Caparelli was on the list. She donated her services to fix my teeth which was a hot mess. She is very patient and I feel she actually cares about people. Awesome dentist, awesome lady. ❤️👍
