Dr. Egg Pediatric Dentistry

We just had our daughter’s first visit at Dr. Egg Pediatric Dentistry and I’m so glad we went. I’m a dental hygienist and could have cleaned her teeth myself, but I really wanted the pediatric experience, and it was worth it! The waiting room is perfectly kid-sized with coloring and activities, and the front desk team was amazing from scheduling to check-out. Our assistant was wonderful and explained everything to my daughter before she did it, which made the whole appointment so smooth, and she sat still the entire time (the movie overhead definitely helped!). Dr. Egg was so knowledgeable and great with my daughter and of course the prize counter at the end was a huge hit! Highly recommend.

This doctor refuses to treat unvaccinated children. We do not vaccinate our children because we are Christians and do not support the practice of sacrificing children in the womb to create vaccines. Not only is refusing an unvaccinated child dental care unethical and religiously discriminatory, but it is also wildly uneducated. If the vaccines were "safe and effective," they would not have just eliminated 1/2 of them on the childhood schedule due to them being unnecessary and actually DANGEROUS for children. This doctor is uninformed and illogical. If this doctor had any education on vaccines they would know that vaccines only protect the person vaccinated from getting symptoms. They do not stop the SPREAD of illness or disease. So contrary to this doctors stance of my child being dangerous to their patients, the vaccinated children are actually more risky to have in the office bc they can be walking around with something and not even know it. Many infants have gotten whooping cough from vaccinated older children bc they do not show the symptoms of whooping cough, but still spread the illness. I hope they reconsider their policy on this and do some actual research on this topic.

Kathy (who claims to be an office manager) hung up on me multiple times when trying to schedule my daughter’s a dentist appointment because of vaccines. Mind you, my daughters are fully vaccinated however I will no longer be vaccinating when they are due again for vaccines (which isn’t for another 5 years per the childhood vaccine schedule) and they would refuse to get them in for a cleaning. She also refused to let me speak with anyone else that works there and continued to hang up on me.Terrible customer service and absolutely absurd that a medical decision I will make for my children in 5 years will impact them getting a dental cleaning today. I highly recommend avoiding this dental practice at all costs, as they have 0 respect for others. It is also comical that they have a "policy" in place, yet Kathy knew absolutely nothing about the vaccine schedule or what ages children get vaccines! She also threatened to call the cops on me because I asked for a copy of this policy or asked to speak to someone else that works there. What a joke!

Dr. Egg is the absolute sweetest. My daughter had to go see her, for an emergency Saturday visit. It was our first time meeting her and this sweet lady (knowing it happened to be my daughter’s Birthday), picked her up some flowers! This dentist greeted us with a flower bouquet!! How sweet is she?!

Kathy was extremely rude and terrible customer service. Avoid this practice at all costs and go elsewhere where they respect their patients and treat them with respect.

I'd give more stars if I could. 10/10 recommend Dr. Egg and her staff. My 4yr old had his first appointment a couple weeks ago and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The office is super kid friendly. Meg was amazing since my little wouldn't lay down in the chair she was able to accommodate to him. I love that she explained what everything was and how it worked. He said he loves the dentist and can't wait to go back.

Dr. Egg and ALL the staff at her office have been such a blessing! My daughter was seen by them for the first time today after a traumatic experience with a dentist at a different facility. They were so patient and kind and did everything they could to make sure she was comfortable from the moment she walked in. I will drive the hour it takes just to continue taking my daughters here! From the bottom of my heart thank you all for being so gentle and loving toward my girl today 💗
