Coastal Smiles Family Dentistry

I took my 6 year old daughter to see Dr. Le because I wanted to try out a new dentist and use a dental office that doesn’t rotate dentists constantly. The office staff was friendly and the dental hygienist, Rachel, was phenomenal. I wish I could say the same for Dr. Le. As the parent, I expect the dentist to talk to me and ask if I have any concerns, ask me how we are, etc but he barely said anything to me and nothing to my child. He was not friendly nor was he personable at all. For it to be a family dentistry, it’s really disappointing that he did nothing to make my child feel comfortable. He looked at her teeth then slapped on globs of fluoride and walked off. My daughter looks at me confused and crying because of the fluoride treatment. Rachel was wonderful and she sucked the fluoride out of her mouth. I’ve never had a dentist that conducts himself like that with patients. I really wanted to like this dental office but unfortunately I will not return.

I was visiting from out of town and was experiencing pain on one of my teeth. Dr. Le staff were able to squeeze me in as a non-existing patient on New Year’s Eve day! The office staff and my visit were all very pleasant. I was seen by the dentist quickly and efficiently. Thankfully, there was not a serious issue and I respect the fact that the dentist did not try to pressure me into an expensive Reso Loulou. I would recommend Coastal Smiles. And as the daughter of a dentist, that is saying a lot.

Dr. Le is absolutely the best dentist our family has ever had! He is consistently skilled, honest, responsive to patients and gentle! As someone who always feared going to the dentist … . I am no longer afraid at all! Thank you and God bless you Dr. Le.

As usual, my dental hygienist was incredible. Super sweet, consistently checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and had no questions, and we chatted about our daughters ❤️ the dentist himself spends about five seconds with me at the end of the appointment and is a bit short but honestly I’m an introvert and it’s kind of a perfect balance of sweet hygienist and straight to the point dentist. Will continue using them for all dental things!

Dr. Lee was very professional. Quick and fast for the extraction. I trust him to make my teeth like brand new. The prices are great. I haven’t smiled in more than 8 years because my teeth are soo bad. I’m hoping he can help me more.

Love everyone at Coastal Smiles…have been a patient for years. I go every 6 months and now travel a hour for their services…definitely worth it!! Rachel my hygienist was terrific and as always Dr Le awesome! Thank you all for taking care of my smile😃

The team fit me in for a cleaning while I was visiting family in the area. Heather was excellent and so gentle while cleaning. Dr. Le took the time to talk to me and everyone was very personable. I highly recommend this practice! Thank you for your care!
