Dr. Hoff and Deena were above and beyond amazing! They ensured I was comfortable and aware of everything while also being the nicest people! This all woman clinic is so unbelievable from the front desk to everyone working in the back. To all of you, THANK YOU for such a positive experience! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Dr. Hoff got me in quickly after I spoke to her about a few concerns I had with some bad cavities, chipped teeth, and pain. Her and her staff spent 4 hours getting everything taken care of, and were very informative about every procedure that they performed during my visit. It was a great visit due to their patience, attention to detail, and communication throughout. If you need a dentist and are in the Wilmington NC area, I highly recommend!

I went to this dentist office for the first time in Sept after being referred by a friend. I’m so glad I did! I had not been to the dentist in years because of my anxiety about it. My new patient paperwork had a box you could check if you were nervous about the dentist which I did. They were so accommodating. They gave my a blanket and explained each and every step. Dr. Hoff is so sweet, thoughtful and funny too! I got a popcorn kernel stuck in my gums the following month and had to make an emergency appt. They got me in so fast and Hoff took such good care of me. Couldn’t recommend them enough! 🙂

The most professional and friendly dentistry in Wilmington, HANDS DOWN! I have been going to Carter and Hoff for a few years and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with each visit. Dr. Carter is very transparent and knowledgeable, which are two qualities I value most in a dentist. I've also had great experiences with the rest of the team, especially Deena, my hygienist. She is the best, and I fully trust her knowledge and expertise!

The most amazing people you’ll ever meet ! Very nice, gentle, understanding and respectful staff! I haven’t got dental work done due to trauma for the pass 12 years and it showed.. only after one consultation I felt more than comfortable to give it a shot. Today they have removed 4 of my teeth in one procedure, and I can happily say that (unlike any other time) sedation was not needed! They made sure I felt no pain at all!! I have 4 more procedures to go and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! To them, it’s just another day of doing a job they love.. for me it is life changing. I cannot thank them enough!

I am not the best dental patient. I don't numb easily so every procedure is taxing and gives me high anxiety. Dr Carter ALWAYS takes care of me. She understands my nerves and does anything she can to put me at ease. I see Katie McCoy for my cleanings and LOVE her. Won't schedule with anybody else. Their office staff is very nice and professional. Appointments have always been on time. If you are looking for a dental practice in Wilmington, this is the one for you!

I have been going to Dr. Hoff for a couple weeks now and I want to give her and her staff (in particular Rhonda and Linda, although everyone has been pleasant) a huge shout out. I have severe fear of the dentist, and I haven't been to get a cleaning or have work done for 10+ years. Needless to say, I've had plenty that needs to get done! Dr. Hoff has been understanding, compassionate, genuine and gentle. She talks through everything and makes sure you understand what's going to happen exactly when it's going to happen. She is gentle with the Novacaine and makes sure that if you feel any pain she'll stop and fix it. Rhonda has been a huge help as well, as she's been my dental assistant each time I've had to go in. She and Dr. Hoff work amazingly well as a team together, with each of them making the situation go as quickly as possible and seemingly being able to reach each others minds. They are funny and have made me actually (oddly!) look forward to going to the dentist. I couldn't be happier that I took a chance on them, and I will be a lifetime client of theirs. I cannot recommend them enough, I would give 10 stars if I could.
