The endodontist and his assistant were absolutely wonderful. I have a terrible fear of dentist and they made me feel so much at ease. I had to have a root canal and I never felt one moment of pain or discomfort. They talk to me through the entire process, so I knew everything that was going on. I highly recommend them for any of your dental needs and I will not hesitate to go back for any needs that I may have in the future. Hayden did a great job helping me relax prior to my root canal. Her interest in me and us chatting about cats and animal rescue really took my mind off the coming procedure. Dr. Thames was equally caring and moved through the root canal quickly and made it painless. I would definitely recommend this team of dental professionals.

I am so disappointed! Riccobene has been my dentist for many years, a few days before Christmas I was having a problem with a front tooth crown, then told I need a root canal, but they needed to refer me to the Porters Neck location and someone would call me. I paid cash 165.00 to be referred.. On Dec. 30th, at 8:00 a.m. I drove 1 hour for my appt. only to be told I have to pay another 205.00 for my 2nd consultation, Why?? The receptionist went to the back to talk to I assume the dentist, when she came back out she told me I have some bad news, I literally was shocked that the dentist would not consult with me unless I paid another 205.00. I don't understand why I am required to pay another fee for a consultation I am referred to by your other office!! When Riccobenne did your practice start treating people like just another number? I thought you cared!

Coastal pines is extremely kind, efficient, and they have the best employees. My dentist was very nice and was able to speak to him in Spanish and English. Looking forward to my next visit!
