Art of Dentistry

I had a very friendly, informative, and gentle experience at this dentist office. The staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, and the dentist took the time to clearly explain everything before starting any work. They were patient, professional, and made sure I wasn’t in any discomfort. I truly appreciate how welcoming and caring everyone was — it made the visit stress-free. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.

As soon as you walk through the doors, there is calmness that comes over you. Usually nervous going to the dentist? Yes, of course. Not here though. The customer service starts off with smiles, and such friendliness, makes one feel at home, literally. The atmosphere is so warm, cozy, and classy. My issue was addressed thoroughly with Dr. Jackson, I was reassured that I would be taken care of, we came up with a plan, and now I am no longer in terrible pain. I go in for a root canal next week, and I have no doubt, that I am in good hands. Thank you guys for making what usually is a 'dreaded experience' into me being rest assured, and at peace!! 5 STARS for sure. Highly recommended ❤️

Dr. Jackson is a very good dentist. His chair side manner is always positive and friendly. He is very efficient, well educated and confident in present dental techniques and procedures. All of the dental assistants are very capable, friendly and often ask if I am comfortable. They strive to meet me needs as soon as possible..The ladies in the office are really welcoming and personable. They are excellent at working me into the schedule when I need to see Dr. Jackson.

Had to have fillings with two adjacent teeth. Asked for the gas, laid my phone with the peaceful noise and just sat back. No pain, kept me aware of what they needed and comfortable. Been coming here with Dr. Jackson for three years and love the staff. Lacey does my cleaning and she is caring and quick. Definitely recommend to all.

Always a pleasure seeing everyone in this office! Beautiful smiles when you walk in! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Amanda! She was absolutely amazing. I love my dentist! Shoutout to Michelle and Tiffani for always being the most attentive to my every question until I walk out the door! You will not find a better office full of sweet people!

I had one of my crowns fall off over the weekend and when I called 3 days before Christmas, they got me right in on Tuesday when I was already going to Wichita Falls for another appointment. It was more extensive than I thought but they made a plan and went for it. I left with my crown put back on with a post and 2 pins. They took the time to get it just right! Everyone there is wonderful. I also met the dentist’s son who is nearly done with dental school and will be joining his dad in the dental practice soon.

My 12-year-old had her a big day at the dentist today and she crushed it, thanks to Dr Jackson and his staff. Dr. Chad Jackson and his whole team were incredible. She had a tooth pulled, a cavity filled, and braces put on and it all went smooth as can be. Kind, patient, and genuinely caring staff. Highly recommend them!
