Westerville Dental Associates: Gretchen R. Zody, DDS

I have attempted to make an appointment for two weeks for my son that had a filling fall out. Left a message, chatted on the website and have never heard back. I will not beg you for your services. Poor office management.

After dealing with years of mistreatment and incompetence, I am truly grateful to find such wonderful dentists. Dr Zody was referred to me by my parents who have trusted her for years. In just four months she has shown care and compassion to fix past dental treatment.She takes your concerns sincerely and goes out of her way to address them. Today I was lucky enough to have Dr Zody and Dr. Stickel perform extractions and fitting for a denture. Both of them went out of their way to calm my concerns and explain the procedure.. in one afternoon I am already feeling better than the previous 10 years. This practice is wonderful and I would highly recommended it to anyone!

Very friendly staff. Short waiting time. Dr. Son is very kind. He will answer any questions asked. His ability to speak English and Korean fluently is a plus.
