I was greeted as soon as I entered the practice. The staff was very helpful. Once I went back for my consultation I met the dental assistant. She was very pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns. Once the dentist came in too evaluate. She was also helpful and very courteous. I really appreciated how professional they were with me. And definitely explained the process and procedures with great detail. So glad I came across them on my phone.

Stop looking for a dentist. Go here. Seriously. I had a prolonged lapse in dental care; mostly from fear and anxiety, but also a small --but growing-- sense of shame due to the condition of my teeth. My wife and son have gone to Dr. Choi for several years after we moved to Westerville. Both of them convinced me to give it a shot and make an appointment. Deciding to go see Dr. Choi et. al. has been one of the best decisions of my adult life. I began seeing Dr. Choi in January of 2025, and we are approximately halfway through my treatment plan which consisted of a clean up phase, then a restorative phase (we're here; I'll update the review once we're done). Every member of the staff who I've interacted with has been awesome. Procedures are explained in what ever way makes sense to you, they go out of their way to ensure that you're ok and as comfortable as possible. Most importantly, everyone is glad that you're there. That you're improving your health, and that you've trusted them to help you. I am so very appreciative of everyone at Westerville Dental Associates for the care they've given me and my family.

Our entire family has been going to Westerville Dental for over 20 years. Each one of us has gotten the best, most personal care with Dr Zody and Dr Choi. My youngest (6 year old) had a cavity filled today without any issue and he actually enjoyed the experience because the staff was so careful and engaging with him. This practice is conservative and honest and I highly recommend Westerville Dental Associates to everyone for the best dental care.

This office is so friendly, takes their time with their exams and really make sure they answer all your questions. I love coming here and seeing the staff. They do great dental work and I have no complaints! 20/10 recommend!

From appointment setting on Friday 1/9 to Appointment day Monday 1/12, so polite, professional, courteous! Everyone I encountered was super duper amazing!! Thank you Westerville Dental for fixing my Million Dollar smile!!

Two extractions in one shot was a little tough but Dr. Choi got me through it very well. I trust her skills as she has taken great care of my dental issues for several years.
