Absolutely the best dentist I have ever seen. Dr Kim and his team are wonderful. Explain things well, quality dental work, in a comfortable and clean setting. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The clinic itself is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which made my visit even more comfortable. Dr. Lim was incredibly professional, thorough, and gentle throughout my procedure. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience. I don't get nervous about the dentist and I don't know if I've ever cried at the dentist before, but I did here, not so much because of the pain, but because of how uneasy Dr. Park made me feel. I was getting my implant crown done by Dr. Park (I would have preferred it be done by Dr. Kim but I didn't think to request that), and from the beginning, it seemed that she was not very confident in what she was doing, which is not a good look from the patient's perspective, and that made me feel uneasy from the start. Then during one appointment, she accidentally dropped a small, metal piece of a tool in my mouth - thankfully my tongue was in the way and I didn't choke on it. At another appointment, she accidentally used a pointy tool instead of the mirror to hold my upper lip back because she got the tools mixed up because the handles were the same. Throughout the appointments, I have noticed she didn't give commentary to me as she did each thing, which made me feel anxious, especially since I was already uneasy from the beginning. The pain/pressure from her screwing my crown in wasn't completely unbearable, but it was made worse by the fact that she didn't give commentary. I would have appreciated a warning, something like, "this is going to feel like a lot of pressure but it should ease up soon." I'm not necessarily saying Dr. Park is not skilled enough in dentistry, but her bedside manner could certainly improve, and she needs to be more mindful of what she's doing. Little things like dropping a piece of a tool in my mouth and using the wrong tool to hold back my lip make me wonder if I can trust her with bigger things. I'm still giving three stars because I think I like the main doctor, Dr. Kim (though I have limited experience with him), and my crown looks good and feels good, but I will be requesting not to have Dr. Park from now on.

I cannot say enough about my very positive experience here today. Dr. Kim and his assistant Meghan were calming and professional and efficient all at once. I cracked off a piece of tooth and needed a crown. I was nervous and anxious. They explained each step ahead of time, then again as they went. Dr. Kim made me comfortable for the procedure, I felt no pain at any time. He checked with me throughout the process and my fears were allayed. I would recommend Dr. Kim and his assistant to anyone.
