Dr. Smitha is an excellent dentist! She was able to identify and help resolve an issue that was causing me pain on one side that no other dentist could resolve over 2 years!! She walked me through the process in detail and completed the procedure with patience and ensuring that I was in no pain. Also once the pain medication went down, I felt completely normal and did not even need warm compress or Tylenol! I highly recommend West Roxbury dental clinic and Dr. Smitha as your next dentist!!

She was incredibly gentle, very thorough, and explained each step as she went along, which helped ease my nerves. The whole staff was professional and welcoming. The people in this office are AMAZING. I recently moved and was looking for a new primary dentist. The office manager Tanner made sure I was well taken care of, and Dr. Edriss was very thorough with my exam and going over X-rays with me. They made a great first impression and I will definitely be back for my next cleaning.

I and members of my family have gone to West Roxbury Modern Dentistry and the professional staff is exemplary.The staff are employees of Dr Frederick Lee who owns 8 locations.The billing department on the other hand ignores their contractual oblgations with insurance companies they are in network with and recently overcharged me $700 which they have refused to return to me although advised by the insurance company to refund the money to me as of 10/23 west roxbury modern dentistry has made no effort to refund me The$700 they illegally took from me although the insurance company advised them to refund me the money they illegally obtained and the AGE STRONG organization of the Boston municipality contacted them THIS IS A NEW REVIEW DATED 10?24?25 WEST ROXBURY IS A VERY DISHONEST ORGANIZATION! THE STAFF ARE EXCELLENT BUT THEY DO NOT SET FINANCIAL POLICY THEY ARE EMPLOYEES OF DR FREDERICK LEE WHO OWNS 8 FACILITIES>THE BILLING DEPARTMENT IS NOT HONEST> THEY OVERCHARGED ME $700 AND DENIED THEY WERE IN NETWORK WITH EMBLEM,THEY WERE REIMBURSED BY EMBLEM FOR THE $700 THEY BILKED ME OUT OF AND REFUSE TO REFUND ME THE MONEY ALTHOUGH INFORMED By EMBLEM THAT THEY SHOULD REFUND THE MONEY TO ME .AGE STRONG an ORGAIZATION THAT CHAMPIONS THE RIGHTS OF AGED SENIORS HAS CONTACTED THEM BUT THEY REALLY DON'TCARE THEY HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME OR RESPONDED TO MY ENQUIRIES GEORGE SILBERMAN
