Initially, I had a great experience at this dental office. The hygienist was wonderful, and the office is beautiful. I paid an upfront amount after my service since they weren’t sure how much my insurance would cover, which I completely understood. However, after my appointment, I had to repeatedly follow up about my refund. I didn’t receive it until over two months later, and only after continuously reaching out. The lack of communication and follow through felt unprofessional. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be returning.

Christina the "IT" lady was very very nice lol she does a lot and good ant technology too. She cleaned my teeth for a last minute appointment while I had a super busy day and was efficient and so sweet. This was my second visit here and I love everything about the staff and location very peaceful I wish nothing but blessings for everyone this new year here and I will only come here and highly recommend to anyone in palm beach !! Thank you guys for what you do not many businesses left that cares about patients genuinely so from someone who services clients all day I truly appreciate you guys.

Dr. Ford is AMAZING!! Can't thank you enough - the level of expertise and precision is impossible to find. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I will never go to another cosmetic dentist again. Let me start off by saying that I am a perfectionist, and come from a family of dentists and doctors. To my horror, I chipped my front tooth and started looking through hundreds of reviews to find someone good - found someone highly recommended and went, the result was awful and I couldn't live with it as it was. Dr Ford fixed my front tooth like it never happened making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The staff here is always very friendly and kind, I travel to Florida from TCI, so not always easy to get appointments. Shenique is awesome every time making sure that I have enough notice to see everyone I need to see. Christina is THE best hygienist on the planet of you are looking for a teeth cleaning. Highly recommended.

First time coming back to the dentist after a LONG time and I wish I could give this place more stars. Everyone is so nice and sweet. I'm the worse when it comes to the bite down xrays you have to take and the nurses were so patient with me. They let you look at the xrays, eplain everything to you and always allow for you to ask questions in return. And the pretty views and office are a big bonus. 100% recommended if you are looking for a dentist office in the area. 100/5

The staff from the front desk to clinical , are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable ! Really liked Ivory and Viviana. Very thorough and explained everything they were doing! Dr Davy was excellent! Went through my notes and X-rays with the team , determined a plan. , took time to discuss all with me. All in all very comprehensive first visit , great technology and an experienced team.
