I do not understand how this office doesn’t have a perfect 5 STARS!!! I love Dr Brown and all of the staff! Ruthie is the best. Each one of them go above and beyond. I drive all the way from Delray to Dr Brown- he is a perfectionist and knows what he is doing!!! I trust him 1000%! Thank you to everyone in the office!

I first went to Sage dental and then came to Dr Brown to get a second opinion. I was told by Dr Brown that Sage try’s to find things to take care of and he’s going to save me money. He took money for impressions and then I didn’t hear from his office for 6 months. Finally I called to see what was happening and he said the impressions are still valid even though he hasn’t seen me and I KNOW my teeth have shifted since then and won’t give me a refund on my now invalid impressions. I’m disappointed and now confused and worried that I have to look out for dentists trying to upsell me. This is not how the system is supposed to work

Love this office. Eleina and Oceanna are amazing when I come in. They are so sweet and really go above and beyond even when I am blasting in here with a difficult work schedule. The hygienists are great as well and there for me too! Thank you!

I was referred by a coworker and was told that Dr. Brown and Dr. Core are both professional and provide great services. They are listed as providers under my dental insurance. Unfortunately I will not have the chance to meet them because when I called to schedule an appt as a new patient the woman that answered was not friendly at all. I told her about my urgent matter and she said she will need to verify my insurance and if she does not get to call me back today, that she will will call me sometime next week. I decided to call her back after 3 hours and asked if she verified my insurance and she said no, not yet. I hung up and found another dentist.

Oceanna's customer service skills were outstanding/ truly above and beyond.She was not only knowledgable but also.made me feel completely comfortable and at ease.I typically,have a strong aversion to anythibg related to dentists,but she really helped calm my nerves. She's an amazing young woman with a lot of potential! Thanks to her,I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Let Me start by saying I'm absolutely terrified of the dentist! A physical/mental Childhood Trauma caused Me to frequent the Dentist as a Child and I grew a horrible fear of the Dentist. I met Dr Core and His Assistant and instantly felt comfortable, Welcomed, understood and cared for! Dr Core has taken His time with Me (not even knowing that this Situation He is currently correcting for Me has triggered alot of horrible Memories that I've fought to keep at bay. Not just due to past dental issues) He explains everything and is beyond Gentle with Me. His Assistant makes Me feel like I have a Friend right beside Me for support although She doesn't know Me at all and probably doesn't even realize that Her Gentleness and kindness has made an impact! Dr Core Thank You. Thank You from the Bottom of My Heart for giving Me My Smile back after 25 Long years!! Thank You to His Assistant also for everything You do as well! To The Front Office Girls , Thank for Always having a smile and making Me feel Welcome and comfortable also thanks for the laughs and understanding throughout this process!! You All have made this so much easier to deal with even though You don't know Me or My back story!! I'll never go any where else for My Dental work!

Absolutely love Dr Brown , Dr Core and of course the amazing staff . This entire team freed me of my fears and ALWAYS do a fantastic job ! We are treated like family here ! I wouldn’t trade my dentists for anything! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️ In regards to the latest review besides mine , I’m sorry sir but your language and treatment of the staff was appalling! You were heard throughout the office ! Address you’re anger issues
