I had a cleaning appointment scheduled for 3:15 PM at Western Dental. I arrived on time and was placed in the cleaning chair, where I waited for over an hour. During that entire time, I was never greeted by the doctor. After waiting, the doctor finally came in and told me she had run out of time and that three people were ahead of me—despite the fact that I was on time for my appointment and she had taken later appointments before me. I literally watched her talk to and prioritize other patients who arrived after I did. There was no apology and no accountability. The only thing I was told was, "We can do it tomorrow," as if I’m not a whole human being with a job, responsibilities, and a schedule. This office does not respect patients’ time and the interaction was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. If you value your time and basic courtesy, I would not recommend this location.

This place is a scam don't go there. First time going they told me I need alot of work done, and I needed all my wisdom teeth removed and didn't want to fill my cavity until I had all these other procedures done. I was advised to open a care credit account on the spot and unfortunately I did and that was a big mistake. They charged me 2k before even getting any work done, the next day I tried to cancel but wasn't able to I talked to the manager she did not care nor did the credit card company I was refunded only half and am still paying the rest for absolutely nothing !!!!!! I went to a different dentists a week later and they told me something completely different I didn't have anything wrong with my teeth just need a cleaning and fillings!!! This place is disgusting ....

Everyone is in a calm soothing mood, which is greatly appreciated especially when your nervous. The dentist is also very calm, he has a soothing voice... excellent environment and excellent team.

The receptionist is so bad. I am Vietnamese, I don't know much English, I need my husband to help me translate. But the receptionist, I don't know her name. But her attitude is so bad, my husband just asked her some questions because my husband wanted to make sure everything about my teeth. But when my husband hung up, she sighed and turned to the person next to her and smiled. I was in front of her but why did she have such an impolite attitude? A receptionist should always smile, guide and explain clearly to everyone, not have such an impolite attitude to customers. I hope the clinic manager has to review the service there.

Come in for a visit and was helped out by Dr. Abu and Charlotte and they were great. They explained everything that was going on and made sure I was satisfied. It was a nice and easy process overall.

My overall experience in Western Dental was great. The people were courteous and everything was explained very well. They did a great job in doing x-rays and deep cleaning of my teeth. I had no complain whatsoever in my two dental visit.

This is the first time I’m leaving a bad review in a place because it was really bad. Appointments are not followed, had an appointment at 10:30am, still haven’t got checked at 12nn! I had to leave because I have to be somewhere as well. They don’t have respect of your time and your appointment. Really annoying.
