We were traveling from out of town. My son’s braces suddenly became loose and was feeling very uncomfortable. So we called Shining Smiles Orthodontics. Claudia, the receptionist, answered our call and was very helpful and caring while patiently explaining us what we could do. She got us the first available appointment to see Dr. Lee immediately. When we arrived the clinic, Dr. Lee carefully explained what needed to get done so that my son would feel better. He helped to take the loose expander out from my son’s braces. We appreciated very much for his help on this especially since we came from out of town. He was willing to see us and helping us with this emergency situation. We would highly recommend Dr. Lee for he is a very kind, caring and respectable orthodontist with a great heart.
