In May of this year, I celebrated my 72nd birthday and achieved my goal of receiving implant retained (snap in) dentures. Dr. Jayesh Patel at the Denture Gallery made my dental care goal a reality. From my first appointment and through the entire process leading up to being fitted with my final dentures, Dr. Patel and his staff provided me with the best of care. I am so pleased with my "snap in" dentures, which were expertly crafted on site in the clinic’s lab. I think my new smile is beautiful and I get a lot of compliments on how I look now. This really is life changing. Oh, I’m also very impressed with the followup care I’ve been receiving from Dr. Patel and his staff. Maintaining your smile is important. Everyone on staff at the Denture Gallery has been so kind and patient with me. I’m the type of person who asks a lot of questions, but I’m never made to feel as if I’m a bother. You know, deciding to invest in implant retained dentures is a big decision, and I’m so glad that I chose Dr. Patel to make my goal a reality and to provide my followup care. I've been without any teeth for 6 yrs and have had 4 sets of dentures over that time, all through another company, but none of them ever fit right, even with adjustments. I tried to were them for weeks but never could keep them in, I had implants put in on the bottom and still could not were them. they would break lose when I was talking, hurt my mouth and no chance of eating with them. It was a true failure for 6 years. Then I finally was sent to the Denture Gallery in Waco TX. I really had no expectations. To my surprise they made my dentures with in weeks, they were done right there at the denture gallery. They were white and beautiful and looked great. But best of all they fit great, stayed in when I talked or smiled. I had a couple adjustments made. That were done very quickly and were done the way I wanted. They were white, tight and beautiful. I can now after 6 years talk, smile and eat with teeth. I can keep them in all day now. I love my dentures. I highly recommend the denture gallery. If you need dentures for any reason you must see Dr Patel, he is kind and caring, his staff all are very professional, friendly and caring. I finally have a new life after seeing Dr Patel. I might be one of, if not, his youngest patient. I was 25 or 26 years old when I decided enough was enough with my struggle and pulled the trigger on dentures, Mr.Patel overlooked me at affordable dentures but told me he's was branching off. I waited the time until he opened and came back. Him and his staff treat you like family. He even went as far as to wave an $80 charge my insurance didn't cover when I threw a small fit cause I thought I paid in full.....wow. My temp dentures (you can expect that with his sapphire package..not even the top dog) honestly fit very comfortably but only after a refitting once everything heals up which is very normal.....expect that with everyone. I did not need to use adhesive but fought my own struggles as personally I don't like it (it's all goopy and messy and I gag easily). However I was able to fully consume food. Tacos, no problem.....steak? Forget about it. And thats on temps (I depend on suction alone). People told me they looked real and sure I didn't have a closed bite but I was still healing to his satisfaction (which I'm damn glad I did). My mother did not have as much of a good experience as I did however it sounds like she did not fully tell him (((IN DETAIL ****IMPORTANT****))) like I did. I went in and told him how they fit. Told him where it was I wanted adjusted. Told him what I wanted, color and all. Told him I wanted to keep a slight overbite as I was old enough to be use to it. Now I still have that slight overbight, only difference is if I slightly move my jaw forward it's a fully closed bite. I can actually cut something off for the first time in my life. No longer will I drag everything off my burger or pizza. He will make sure your comfortable. Even if that means you hold the plate in your mouth yourself while he guides you to make the impressions for your finals. (He only did that cause of my extremely sensitive gag reflex...it was more comfortable for me) He will chit chat with you and nag at you over your blood pressure which felt good. Cause he cares. He remembers you. And talks to you based on past conversations. My first day with my permanent dentures (he gives 60 days for adjustment needed...and that's after I made 5 or 6 tweaks prior to leaving) was pretty good. I was able to eat and the food did not make it's way into uncomfortable positions that left me digging around with my tongue. After seeing my mother's struggle, do NOT do a horse shoe (they cut out the middle) no matter how good it sounds, she has assured me she can not keep them in properly. Do what I did...he called it a pony shoe instead, it's not as aggressive. But I told him to only barely do it, period, no exceptions. And we will adjust from there. And lemme tell you, you can hear the suction from across the room after the finer adjustment. Would I recommend, yeah. Is the price competitive....hell no. But you get what you paid for. And he left me pretty damn happy. I've refered him to everyone I work with. HE DID NOT PUT A SOFT LINER IN. WHATS THE POINT WHEN THE FITMENT IS PERFECTED! however. I'm sure he can help you through whatever you need within the 60 DAYS OF TRIAL AND REFITMENTS COVERED ON THE PACKAGE. and after that it's less than $70 to have them adjusted. JUST MAKE SURE YOUR EXTREMELY SPECIFIC. keep putting them in and out and in and out and telling him every little detail. He only wants your happiness. No pont in photos. I'm a happy dude so far. And I'm only 30 years old. Thanks man. ***Disclaimer**** if you go through a partial sedation you will scream bloody murder, you will leave your loved ones in the waiting room worried. My wife cried listening to me HOWEVER I did not feel a single thing. She said the screaming stopped and all she could hear was me wanting tacos so fear not as he's not in there killing your spouse, he's just doing the do's that need doing. They will be just fine and dandy. Oh and his front office ladies and the others helping him? Your just gonna have to go experience that yourself. Super nice girls working there. 👍👍👍👍

I want to thank the entire team for their work. My teeth were horrible due to 23 yrs of drug use. I am 5yrs sober and didn’t know how much dental affected your health. Someone pointed out that I don’t smile in any pictures, I explained why & they suggested checking out the cost for dentures. I was on the phone the next day. It was hard saving every penny I could being a single dad of twins but I was able to. Today I feel better health wise & have my smile back. So I recommend this place, all the staff are friendly and I have grown fond of the Doc . I found out that he does a lot of free dental work to mission workers and at some churches. Says alot to me .
