ACE Dental of Waco

Another great experience at Ace Dental. The dental assistant Dallas was amazing, caring and gentle. She's the one with short hair and glasses. Dr. Paul was clear spoken and very informative. She took her time to make sure I understood all of my treatmentand why it was needed. Over all the vibe of the office was warm and inviting. Grizel in the front office was helpful and also very informative.

I’d go 10 stars if I could! Dr. Paul, Tiare, and Grizel not only gave me amazing, efficient, quality dental care/service, but they also restored my faith in the medical industry and showed me that true doctors that live to serve are actually still out there. Today is the day before Thanksgiving, and I’d been having pain in the back/right side of my mouth the past couple of weeks. Last night it progressed to an intolerable level, and I set up an appointment for the following morning at a clinic in Waco – I won’t say where because I don’t want to ruin the livelihood of anyone working there, but just know it was a clinic in a very expensive location, and they had quite high-end equipment and were well-staffed. I was there from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and at the end, the scheduler told me the soonest they could even get an extraction on the tooth was in a week! I asked about emergencies, and they just said they close at 3 and then would be closed for Thanksgiving break. So I left and desperately tried to find a dentist who could do an extraction with less than two hours before the end of the business day before Thanksgiving. After calling around, only ONE dentist would take the time to see me - and initially it was only to be able to prescribe me an antibiotic and some pain meds to help until next week. So I arrived at ACE Dental at 3:00 (2 hours before close) and I was told they probably couldn’t do anything today, but that the dentist would come take a look. After the hygienist got my X-rays/prep done, the dentist came and saw me almost immediately after. She explained concisely and honestly what I needed, and what needed to be done immediately, and exactly how much it would cost (which was significantly better than the other location). MOST IMPORTANTLY, however, she then said we could take care of the extraction right now in order to alleviate the most pressing problem, and that we could take care of the rest soon. I knew this would cause them to stay late on the day right before a holiday, and she said "Of course - Never leave a patient in pain." 🥹 After accepting that I was going to have to weather excruciating pain through the holidays and giving up hope in the American healthcare system, Dr. Paul single-handedly (well, with the help of Tiare and Grizel ofc) shifted my entire paradigm and gave me hope again in a world seeming hell-bent on destroying empathy and only prioritizing their bottom line. I will only go to ACE Dental from here on out, for here alone am I confident that I will be receiving affordable, quality care that genuinely prioritizes the patient’s wellbeing. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They played in my for 3 hours just to NOT FULLY REMOVE my wisdom teeth. UNPROFESSIONAL at its finest. My appointment was at 9, didn’t get seen until 11 just to get told at 130 to drive to bellmead just to get told THEY DIDNT WANT TO REMOVE IT. So here I am with half my wisdom teeth still in side my mouth. This is THE WORST experience of my life

Ace Dental Doctor is awesome and have given me the best customer service of any dentist i have ever attended and her staff is very friendly and professional as well. I would recommend her practice to all my friends and family. Thanks! Robert Adkison

I have severe anxiety going to the dentist, I'm terrified, the staff and the dentist were very considerate of how I felt during the whole procedure. The dentist assistant held my hand, very very sweet. ACE Dental got me in the next day with an emergency and I was also a new patient. Reasonable priced and many options with financing. This is my new dentist.

Had dentures done was great experience , all the staff very friendly. Knew up front what the cost was . Thanks so much for such a great experience.

First off let me start off by saying they were amazing and very friendly. I loved that !!! Second they did everything they could to make it affordable. They did an Amazing job on my teeth. Thank you so much ace dental!!!! A Great thank you to Dallas for making sure I was comfortable and took the time so I could have an amazing smile. I don’t remember the doctors name but she did an amazing job while she was filling in for their regular doctor. THANK YOU all so very much for my great experience!!!
