If I could give less than one star, I would. Let me say this: they don't know how to properly glue a crown. It fell off three times! They project an image of expertise with their pleasant attitude, but it's misleading. Their focus is on pushing the most expensive options, even if those aren't in your best interest. Money comes first for them, and you come second.

Williams Family Dental is no longer is business. Westwood Dental has now taken over the business you can tell the quality of service is poor and pricing is not clear. I enrolled in there yearly service $300 went in for a cleaning they said I had to pay an additional $380 for teeth cleaning. I asked for a refund! I still had to pay $49 for wasting my time! Be cautious for cash paying clients I would stay clear from this dental operation!! Poor management and poor service! I will never go back here!! RIP DR Williams your business you built is being run into the ground due to greed and poor management.

Dr. Nichols is the BEST! I’ve had work done by him for years now, and he is very thorough, and truly cares about his patients. I’ve had a fear of going to the dentist ever since I was a child, and I can truly say that I no longer have that fear.

I was very impressed with my care at this office with Dr. Raven. She was able to see me the same day for a dental emergency and immediately repaired my tooth and ordered a new crown. I felt completely comfortable and experienced no pain. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Raven.

I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share my positive experience today. I was looking for a new dentist and hadn't been to the dentist in a year. I called per my sister's recommendation and got an appointment the next day. The receptionist was very friendly over the phone and answered all my questions about my insurance. I went into my appointment to fill out the new client paperwork and was called by Karen (who has worked there for years!) for a mouth scan. I loved her humor and we had a great conversation. She also educates you! Then Dr. Chandler came into double check my teeth to see if any work needed to be done. He was also friendly and professional. Karen was able to get me in for a cleaning with Ellen, who was phenomenal at her job (I try my best to have good dental hygiene so i think that helped) and I enjoyed our conversation. The environment at the office was very welcoming, which made me feel very comfortable. It helped to lower the anxiety of visiting a dental office, especially if you haven't been in for a check up in a while. I highly recommend the office of Dr. Keith Williams, though I have yet to meet Dr. Williams himself.

I’ve had pretty terrible experiences with dentists in general in the past, which caused me to avoid them for as long as possible because of the anxiety they caused me. I had a major toothache and no established dentist, but the receptionist was very personable and understanding and got me an appointment same day that accommodated my work schedule. They also took my work schedule into consideration when scheduling me for the subsequent treatment. When I walked in that morning, they were packed (it was Monday), but one of the staff saw me and called me over by name to get me signed in and pay my copay/deductible. The second I was done and about to go sit down, the dental assistant was waiting for me to take me back. I told the staff from the start about my anxiety when it comes to dentists and treatment, and they synced up with me immediately, doing everything possible to reassure me (not excessively). For someone with anxiety like mine, it helped IMMENSELY. First impressions are key; my first impression with this practice is that they truly care about their patients, not just their profit. Interactions are not transactional, they’re personal. I just feel comfortable and safe there. I don’t normally review anything but Amazon orders, but this practice has been so great to me from the gate, I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else. Thank you!

If you're looking for a practice that cares about you and your well being first and foremost before anything else, this is the place to call YOUR dentist. All of the staff are great! They're kind, pleasant, and professional at all times. The Doctors are truly talented at what they do (and I'm convinced Dr. William's is a part time comedian). My hygienist Madeline, is fantastic. I cant begin to express how much she cares and how talented she is. Always making me feel comfortable and letting me know that my care is her first priority. I can't thank her or the doctors enough for the care I've recieved. This is the place you've been looking for!!!
