If I could gice it a ZERO star I would. Very bad experience with the provider Zachary Murphy. Took my baby in as a walk-in to the bridge site, and on the first visit, they tested my baby for the flu and strep—both came out negative, so we were told it's just a viral infection or allergies. Then we went back again (second visit) on a different day because my baby was showing a new symptom and looked a little worse. The second time was with a different provider at the same walk-in bridge site. We were seen by Zachary Murphy. He was rude. It seems like he didn't want to give my baby proper care. He tested my baby for the flu, but it was negative. Then he wanted to do another test for RSV, and a few minutes later he came in to check on the RSV results, and he looked at the results and said it looks like a negative result when he could've just given us a straight yes or no answer. When I left, I checked my baby's results on the patient portal chart, and the provider, Murphy, only charted negative for the flu. He did not chart the RSV results. So, we made a follow-up appointment with an actual pediatrician for a second opinion. The pediatrician wanted to do RSV on my baby, but I told the pediatrician that Murphy already did the RSV test and verbally told us it was negative. I told the pediatrician he did not chart it, so the pediatrician went to go check the system. The pediatrician said there are no test results shown for the RSV taken. So the pediatrician did the respiratory panel and told us it would take at least 2 to 3 days for the results. Then days later, I got a notification saying there were new results on my baby's chart. So, I went to go check the results, and the results for the respiratory panel show that everything came back negative except for 1 thing. It shows that my baby was positive for RSV! Now, I know why the provider Murphy did not chart my baby's RSV result. He knew it was a positive result and kept it from us!!! I wish I had taken photos of both results that were taken by Murphy and uploaded them here. I will not be letting any of my family see Murphy from now on! He should be fired. He seems like he doesn't like his job at all! All I have to say is if you don't have the passion to work around sick patients and care for them, then you should find another career! All I have to say is Karma and God are always watching you; remember that! Murphy, if you are reading this, I hope you don't ever have to go through this with your children one day.
I must say that out of the all the providers Evan Dean is the person to go see! After I told him all my symptoms he informed me that I had a kidney infection and gave me a antibiotic shot, he then explained to me everything I needed to know and advised me to go to the ER if I had any more symptoms. Later on in the day I went to kaweah health ER where they diagnosed me with a "virus" and send me home. I ended up going to sierra view ER where they diagnosed me with a "strain lumbar". At the end of the day I ended up going to Vally children’s hospital where they indeed diagnosed me with a kidney infection and got admitted and stay for about 5 days in the hospital! I am very thankful for Evan Dean.10/10 experience. He is very caring and truly listens.
Really good and quick service. Dr. Noel Guido did some beautiful sutures almost painlessly and had it looking like new. Was an even better experience than getting my blood drawn elsewhere
I had my appointment this morning at 8:30. I showed up early and checked in, I waited until 9:20 to even get seen. They told me I was in for a check up, but I was scheduled for a deep clean, so I had to confirmed twice what my appointment was for because the assistant for some reason couldn’t figure it out, he also placed and placed the blood pressure cuff on my elbow so I had to move it up for an accurate reading.. While i was waiting for the head dentist to come in and great me all I could hear was the entire staff including him who was in the room across from mine, no door closed no shade no privacy I could see and hear eveything and he himself laughing and talking about their relationship drama, who was going to get who coffee next and who was flirting with and seeing who outside of work.. extremely inappropriate office, very childish, I got up and walked out. I do not trust the quality of care at this facility, I waited almost an hour past my appointment to get into my room, waited another 20 mins determining if i should find a new dental office because I really needed my appointment, but I had to leave. I was going to be way later to work thank I should have been. If they were doing their jobs properly and professionally they wouldn’t be hours behind…
Went today to 501 Bridge location, the front desk person was nice, medical assistant was nice, got to the room that was going to do the mammogram. Unbelievably rude, I was talking my disabled half sister in and the lady wanted to know why I needed to be in the room with her, Without coming out and saying in front of my sister she’s disabled and slow, and continued to question me as to why I needed to be there and I said because she asked me to stay and her comment back to me was well I would like to have someone in the room with me as well. I turned to my sister to let her know I needed to step out of the room, and the rude woman said I can’t hear you, and I said I’m not talking to you. And she kept on with are you from an agency or does she need an interpreter? She was so rude. I think she needs to be fired.
I come in to be seen from the Dentist what is wrong with these Rude, Unprofessional Medical Assistants. I ask a question and I get told In a Rude way you Supervisors need to do something about there attitude they are a reflection of you!!!!!!!!
I just had some dental work done yesterday at this location, and I can honestly say that the staff there was super polite and very professional. They helped me right away, were very honest & informative about my options, and treated me with respect. Dr. O and the dental assistants were all very kind, gentle, and went the extra mile to ensure I wouldn't be in pain or at risk of dry socket/infection. Today I feel great and am very much so looking forward to my next appointment with them. I can't and won't diminish any of the other reviewers experiences, but I can say with certainty that my experience was nothing like a lot of the reviews I see on this page. I have been to many dental offices and dealt with many dentists & dental assistants, but none of them come close to the kindness, gentleness, and professionalism that Dr. O and his assistants showed me yesterday. I honestly couldn't be happier with them and would have no problem recommending them to anyone looking for dental work in the Visalia area. Thanks Dr. O and associates! I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
