First time at Smile by Design in Virginia Beach today. I had Sydney for cleaning and Dr. Santos! I’m not one to take the time to leave reviews, but their professionalism and kindness went above and beyond. You can tell they truly care and love what they do. 5 stars all around. Very thankful to have found you all. Will be back and already recommending others to visit! My teeth are sparkling ✨✨

I appreciate the staff and atmosphere they provide here at Smile By Design. When I walk in the doors I know I'm in trusting, safe hands! The have done ALL my dental work throughout my 20s and 30s (cleanings, fillings, crowns) and guided me with my braces journey. I recently had Sydney for my cleaning and I made sure to book with her again! She's just as amazing as the doctors! Dr. Squires and Dr. Santos are excellent!! Much appreciated!

As a new patient I was blown away with meeting Dr. Santos and her staff. Dr. Santos was very knowledgeable; took the time to ask questions, answer questions and conveyed the feeling of really caring about your needs and concerns. Her staff was warm and personable and they genuinely enjoyed working there. The atmosphere was one of positive energy! I’ve never experienced that in a dental office or any other office for that matter. I had been looking for some time for not just a dentist but the right dentist.I walked in not very hopeful and walked out like a weight had been lifted off me. I must say never met anyone like her in this profession and would highly recommend her and her awesome staff!

Just looking for an options and recommendation. I like how they don’t charge for a first visit including my X-ray. Dr Squire and Lisa and the entire team are exceptionally friendly and professional. Dr Squire took the time to explain every step and made sure I was comfortable and I understand all my options. I had a great experienced from this place. I highly recommend them.

From my first visit every staff member were friendly and so professional. They answered every concern that I had from the beginning of my implant surgery to the end. Dr. Santos and her staff are amazing they restored my confidence to smile again. They are more than a five star team. I would give them ten stars. Thank you all again.

I would give this place a 5 star! The front desk was very helpful along with beautiful smiles. The technician that did my exrays was absolutely about her craft. She did a wonderful job! The doctor came in and explained the things I needed to have addressed. Very very professional and knowledgeable Doctor! Words can not express how I felt after leaving that office. I have had little to no serious dental work so I was a little nervous because I didn't know what to expect, but believe me when I tell you, these people have their stuff together! I was researching a new dentist in the area when I read all of the reviews I caught my eye, plus I recognized the doctors names with a good reputation. I showed up the office is so inviting and beautiful the receptionist greet you with a beautiful smile and a warm hello was very helpful & caring. Lisa, the Dental assistant, was full of knowledge very very Carrie and meant to make sure you’re very comfortable & Understand everything she’s explaining I am looking forward to smile again with their care Stephanieh
