The fact they reach out before, during, and after to ensure you are taken care of speaks volumes. Dr. Rai is the absolute best and my trust factor that has been established with him is beyond words! A true professional with the best personal touch that puts you at ease! It was an awesome experience and he truly cares about his patients. I am very fortunate that I got to be a patient! I had oral surgery on Friday, January 30 and it was an absolutely great experience. I was very comfortable and everyone at the office made it a great experience and the next day. The doctor himself gave me a call just to check on me and make sure that I was not having any issues. This say a lot about his practice for him to reach out to me himself to make sure I was OK I would highly recommend his practice to anyone if I have to have any other work done. I will definitely return to his office. His staff is amazing.

I recently had a tooth extraction with Dr. Rai, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. I chose to stay awake for the procedure, and to my surprise, it was completely painless and incredibly quick. I didn’t even need to take any over-the-counter Motrin or Tylenol afterward. Dr. Rai’s skill and calming approach made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and his team of dental assistants was just as wonderful—kind, reassuring, and highly professional. I had no swelling, no bruising, and the recovery was so easy that I was honestly shocked at how smooth everything went. Dr Rai and his staff did a great job removing the two problem teeth i had. The surgery experience was as good as I could have possibly hoped. The nurse was outstanding and made me feel at ease the whole time and alleviating my stress and concern, kudos to this nurse. I couldn't have asked for a better experience to an otherwise nerve wracking situation. Dr. Rai did a great job and was very professional, while also making me feel at ease about this. I went in very nervous and was completely at ease by the time we did the procedure and couldn't imagine a better experience or outcome. So I would highly recommend him and his staff for any oral surgery needs. I had heard numerous great reviews prior to my surgery and upon completion, I would completely agree with all the positive feedback I had heard. Truly grateful for this experience and the much needed pain relief this brought me. Kudos to the Dr and his whole staff, ty.

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough! As someone of "advanced dental age" facing my first real oral surgery, I was understandably nervous about having my top two wisdom teeth removed. From my very first consultation to my post-operative recovery, the entire experience exceeded every expectation. The surgeon was incredibly thorough, taking the time to walk me through every step of the procedure and patiently answering every single question I had—no matter how small or anxious they might have seemed. Their expertise and calm, confident demeanor immediately put me at ease. I could tell I was in the hands of someone who is an expert. The entire staff deserves equal praise for their kindness and responsiveness (Amber , Shay, and Francesca especially, my Charlie's Angels support team the day of surgery). Everyone I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even comfortable. What really stood out to me: the detailed consultation (with up front out of pocket costs and breakdown of what my insurance would cover) and the exceptional post-operative care. I received both a call AND a text from the surgeon and their team checking on my recovery. This level of personal attention is rare and so deeply appreciated. It's clear they care about their patients beyond just the procedure itself. I wouldn't say I loved it, it's the dentist. That said, Dr. Rai and his staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Dr. Rai is a skilled surgeon and communicator. His assistant for my procedure, Shay I think, as well. He called to check on my recovery progress on a Saturday! If I ever need a doctor for another "10 out of 10 difficult extraction," Dr. Rai is the one I'll call.

The team at Rai Oral Surgery is extraordinary at what they do! Dr Rai is attentive and skilled, listening and responding with care. Each person in the office contributed to an excellent experience- the friendly atmosphere sets patients at ease and Dr Rai’s calm, reassuring demeanor made my husband and I feel confident before and after the procedure.
