I had been a patient here and was very disappointed with how a recent situation was handled. I was charged a $50 cancellation fee after canceling an appointment due to a family emergency involving my father in law becoming ill and ultimately passing away. I called the office to explain the situation and respectfully requested that the fee be waived, especially since this was the first time I had ever needed to cancel. I even offered to provide an obituary if proof was needed. The office manager said it was unlikely but that she would speak with the doctor and get back to me. I never received a call back. As a medical professional myself, I fully understand the importance of scheduled appointments and the financial impact of last-minute cancellations. That said, compassion and communication matter—especially during a personal loss. Unfortunately, there was none shown in this situation, and the lack of follow-up was particularly disappointing. Policies are important, but so is empathy. This experience has left a very negative impression.

Went in as an emergency appointment, due to a chipped molar, and was worried that it wouldn't be repairable. Within 10-15 minutes doctor had repaired it without anesthesia and I felt no pain. Very pleased and grateful! I highly recommend Dr. Jaskin

The best dentist office in town, I always recommend to family, friends and coworkers to go there. They are very professional, super friendly and very clean. Dr.Yaskin and Staff are the best !!

After having a horrible experience for the past year with my previous dentist, I decided to look elsewhere. I came across Vineland Family Dentistry and the receptionist was able to schedule me a new patient appt for the following week. She was very professional and polite with answering all my questions, wish I got her name. My appt was today 3/4/25 and my first experience at this dentist went great. The dental hygienist Elizabeth was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I was given an exam and cleaning for my first visit. Then, the dentist was polite and addressed all other concerns right away. I am so happy that I was seen quickly and taken care of properly. The receptionist leaving out, helped me schedule my husband new patient appt, she was very patient and polite as well. Glad to say I found my new home for my dental care. Thank you all so much for a pleasant experience all around. Great customer service and satisfaction truly goes a long way!!

I am a new patient at Vineland Family Dentistry and the whole staff made me feel welcome and comfortable for my first appointment there. I loved that the receptionist, hygienist and the doctor were all very kind and explained the process of my first appointment very thoroughly! I will definitely be back for future appointments and I would recommend this office to anyone!

I’m giving 3 stars solely for the dentist and hygienists there (I would give 5 but the one woman at the front desk really knocked it down to what would be a 0 but I’ll give credit to the actual staff there that I pay to see). I’ve been going here for years and have never had a problem. My husbands insurance changed - so our medical and dental are on two completely different plans, BCBS & Aetna. I explained to the woman when I went to sign in that we had an Aetna plan but explained that we were never sent a card, as our medical is through a different provider. I work within a company that does insurances, I know you can look up by demographics, name, DOB, SS. She offered nothing useful as she stared at me with a blank stare and told me to pay out of pocket. I told her I would not be doing so as I have active dental insurance. She then told me I can pay the cancellation fee of $60 which is also just absurd, especially being as though I’m standing present in the office for my appointment. Her communication, tone, lack of help was an extreme turnoff to this business. Which is a shame because I loved the dentist and the lovely women who worked along side him. But will not be returning due to the face at the front of the office who really just could care less to try to assist.

Great Office Experience on February 11 2025. From Doctor Yaskin's examination, Elizabeth's dental hygienist professionalism and Mandy at the front desk greeting me and scheduling my next appointment was a wonderful visit. I recommend Vineland Family Dentistry to anyone including my family and friends.
