Affinity Dental Care

I chose Affinity Dental Care based on reviews. When I called to make the appointment, I asked for a new patient appointment with dental cleaning (as most dental appointments include this). After X-rays and an exam, I was told the dental hygienist was out on maternity leave. I feel like this should have been explicit when I made the appointment. The dentist was very nice as well as the person doing the X-rays. When I called to make sure my insurance wasn't billed for a cleaning, the receptionist answering the phone seemed very unapologetic and kept speaking over me. I would not recommend this dentist based on lack of customer service.

My first visit today 8/14. I was so impressed with not just Dr Carlson but also his staff. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I wasn’t sure how I would do since I found his name online. But the reviews were so positive and now I can see why. I’m looking forward to my future visits.

I am petrified of dentist. I have been putting off seeing one but had no choice after a cap broke off. I came to see dr Carlton. From the moment I called to the end of my visit was awesome. Yes awesome! His wife Victoria, and the entire staff make you feel like family. Dr Carlton is very professional. He explained everything he saw and actually had the x rays so I could see them and understand what he was going to do. I’ve never had a dental exam like this one. He checked my glands even. Never had that before. To try to make this short as I can go on praising Dr Carlton, his wife Victoria and staff. I am no longer petrified of the dentist; well this one anyway, looking forward to my next visit. Wait! Did I just say that. YES! Thank you all so very much.

Dr. Carlson is the most honest and caring dentist I’ve ever met. His quality of work surpasses any dentist I’ve had before.

I just wanted to say thank you to Debbie. I was helping one of my employees with his dental insurance and scheduling his appointment. Debbie was so helpful and pleasant. She followed up with me on several occasions to make sure that he didn't have any problems.

This dental practice should be investigated. They are preying on seniors particularly in the Hispanic community. They have taken hundreds of dollars from my father for dentures and numerous dental procedures. Every visit seems to have a different procedure that has to be done before the placement of dentures. My father has been waiting for dentures since 2015. Very unprofessional and unorganized practice.
