Victorville Dental Office

I had upper problems and the dentist was perfect understood my concerns,explained the treatments ,and how long it would take to set me up with the dentures,since I have a small jaw. It took a couple weeks since I was going out of town (my fault ,not theirs).. once I had my new dentures the new ones fit perfect !!! The smile on my face ,came back to life....was told if any problems to call and set a fitting appointment,to this day I have not needed further adjustments,,, thank you to the people who helped making my smile come back to me .

I'm warning you DO NOT GO HERE after $15000. out of pocket plus they billed insurance I'm still paying to get my teeth fixed they don't even get 1star

NEW UPDATE !! In 2019 I got a full set of dentures and I was so excited because the bottom ones fit. December 2022 I lost my dentures, they were able to get me approved for a new set a year early. WELL. I was so upset, mad, disappointed. The teeth are GREEN, TOO BIG and not just a little, plus they cut into my gums. The dentist said to use glue. I could use a whole tube and it wouldn't fill the space. I left them there. The office has called for me to come back in, see another dentist and try to fix the problem. I haven't gone back yet but I will let you know what happens. In the meantime I found my set from 2019 and they still fit perfectly without glue

My mom went here several times do to them making her different appointments. she had a bad experience with lots of pain bleeding a lot and they told her they are not finished with her teeth when from the beginning she only went for one tooth hurting.. she also herd 2 persons complaining that day.

Took more than 2 hrs for me to get a consult. I had an appointment at 1 pm and I didn’t leave until 3:30. Terrible service. Blanca was very unclear and did not explain over my treatment plan with me, which was the point of my visit. Felt very disrespected. Go to another dentist.

Very unprofessional. I called multiple times, different days, only to be told someone would call back and they never did. I called again and the woman who answered said, try again in half an hour. I asked why and she said, "We are all having lunch". Mind you, this is 3pm. I said," All of you go to lunch at once? That doesnt seem very smart." I made my appointment for 10am, repeated it as she told me, and put it in my calendar. I get here at 945, and no one is here but a construction crew. I call the number and it CLEARLY says, open 10am. I wait in the lobby and upon arrival, the receptionist says, you have to leave until 1030. I show her my appointment was for 10 and she say oh well, come back at 1030. I dont know who runs this place, but they need new, more professional staff.
