Healthy Living Dental in Ventura

Dr. Yoong is far and away the best dentist I’ve ever seen. I have dental anxiety and moreover had a bad experience with another dentist; he calmly advised me and walked me through treatment methodically in a way that addressed my worries and made me feel empowered in my care. The dental hygienists are also excellent and Dr. Yoong keeps up to date on the latest advancements in the field while making patient safety his top priority. Cannot recommend this practice enough!

Fantastic experience! Doctor Yoong and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Very up to date with technology and very thorough examination was done. I have been in the dental field for 28 years and Dr. Yoong is who I've chosen to be my personal dentist. I would absolutely recommend him and his entire team to anyone looking for a fantastic dental office to call home 🤩

This dental office is THE BEST. I have been going here for years and have slowly but surely worked through my dental fear. Only due to the tender love and care all the staff shows here! They are so patient and warm and there’s no shame in the office for being an adult scaredy cat like me! The environment is super friendly and you’ll often hear laughter all throughout your appointment due to the good vibes the front office ladies bring. Over all 10/10 for service, value, and experience. Will not visit another dentist (unfortunately for them haha!)

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Yoong for a long time. He is a very pleasant person and quite a skilled dentist. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Staff is helpful, personable, and professional. They see you within a few minutes of your arrival. I'm able to make appointments and be seen quickly.

As always, the staff are friendly, helpful, and caring. Dr Young is great. I highly recommend this dentist office.

I am so impressed with the care Dr. Yoong and his team have provided for me and my family. I have always had an anxiety with the dentist (not unlike many people) and it makes me avoidant of procedure I need, which can turn into bigger issues eventually. My family and I transition our care to Healthy Living Dental and I am so glad we did. When having cavities filled this month, I was nervous. Letty suggested that I listen to something on my headphones to distract me. It was a game changer! Normally I feel like I have to be listening and present during dental work and in case the doctor needs anything from me. But Dr. Yoong numbed me up (basically painless by the way!) and answered my questions, he got to work and I listened to my book and was able to relax more than I ever have during a cavity filling. The staff all have a calm way about them that I really appreciate. And Dr. Yoong is down to earth, informative and makes little jokes to help calm you down. I highly recommend the practice. So glad we get care here!
