I am writing this to warn others of my experience with Dr. Hashemi regarding deep fillings on teeth #4, #14, and #15. After the procedure, I suffered two weeks of debilitating pain. I sought a second opinion, and it was determined that the fillings were placed too close to the nerve without the necessary sedative liners or bases required for deep cavities. This omission caused acute pulpal distress. My new dentist had to remove and replace all three fillings with proper medication to resolve the pain. During the initial procedure, I had a severe physiological reaction (uncontrollable shaking), yet the dentist did not pause or check my vitals. Furthermore, the assistant continued to force X-ray sensors while I was gagging, ignoring my physical distress. There was a complete lack of trauma-informed care or basic monitoring for patient safety. The office has since attempted to characterize this as "normal sensitivity," but corrective work by a different provider was the only thing that stopped the pain. I have paid $440.60 out-of-pocket for work that had to be entirely redone. I have filed a formal grievance with my insurance and a complaint with the State Dental Board regarding their clinical judgment and safety protocols. I strongly advise seeking care elsewhere. Update regarding provider response: The provider’s claim that I was informed of "extreme and debilitating sensitivity" is inaccurate. At no point during the clinical visit was I verbally advised that these specific procedures carried a high risk of acute pulpal distress, nor was I warned that the work might immediately fail due to the proximity to the nerve. There is a significant distinction between signing standard consent paperwork and receiving a clinical warning about preventable complications. Furthermore: The pain was not "normal sensitivity," as evidenced by the fact that it was only resolved once a different provider replaced the fillings using proper sedative liners—a step omitted by Dr. Hashemi. Regardless of any paperwork, the failure to monitor my physical distress (uncontrollable shaking) during the procedure remains a breach of basic patient safety protocols. I stand by my original account. My grievances with the State Dental Board and insurance are ongoing, as I believe patients deserve both clinical competency and transparent communication. Last Update as of February 18th, 2026: I am updating this review because, after a month of persistent pain following my treatment with Dr. Hashemi, I sought a second opinion from a different dentist. It was determined that my enamel was damaged and the natural anatomy of several teeth was negatively impacted during the original procedure. I’ve spent the last month in significant discomfort and now require corrective work. Please be careful with your dental health and consider a second opinion before proceeding with major work here.

Been going to this office for years .Dr. SEAN has done several crowns for me. All feel and look great! He is very knowledgeable, kind and attentive. TALIN, the hygienist has done my cleanings , always felt through and pleasant. All the girls are caring and nice. Office is spotlessly clean, well organized and modern. Highly recommend this office!

I absolutely love the office here. From Betsy to Daniella, Olivia, Taleen & Dr.Sean & all the girls that have helped me & both my daughters. They are understanding & prices are fair. Its clean & quiet & the work is much better then worked ive had done elsewhere in the area. Good family dentist office. Just like doctors offices used to be back in the day. Not this in & out no care places that seem to be so common nowadays. COME ONCE & YOULL SEE THE DIFFERENCE. TRUST ME.. IM PICKY... LOL. 😁

I had a great experience at this dental office. Dr Hashemi is very professional. My daughter gets her cleaning with the hygienist Talin she is very thorough and gentle. Janette in the front is very welcoming and polite . The assistant Olivia is kind and attentive. Highly recommend.

Very happy with Dr. Sean's work and willingness to answer my many questions. The rest of the staff is also wonderful. Betsy and Janet in the front office go above and beyond to help, and Daniella is a great dental assistant. I've been to many dental offices and can say that this one is among the best!

I can’t recommend this office enough. Betsy was incredibly helpful at easing my general anxiety about dental visits, offering such warm and understanding care throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain the problem, the pricing, and how we were going to fix it, which made everything feel much less overwhelming. The Doctor came up with a clear plan to address my issue and carried it out efficiently and with minimal pain. Aftercare instructions were explained verbally by Betsy and also provided as a printed handout, which I really appreciated. To top it off, both of my prescriptions were all ready by the time I got to CVS!

I have received fillings and crowns. One of them was very deep near the nerve. Dr. Sean has resolved all my pain and sensitivity. I love when Dr. Sean gets me out of pain. He’s the best. All of my friends and family come to him. All of us are very happy with his services.
