Today I saw Dr. Tran & had a tooth extraction & overall I had a very positive experience. I was quite nervous & after the procedure I almost passed out, to no fault of Dr. Tran, this "vasovagal syncope" happens often to me in any medical situation & I made the Dr. aware prior to the procedure that this could occur & he made sure I was ok & comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Tran & his assistant handled the situation calmly and professionally. They made sure I was okay & gave me time to recover before leaving the office. I really appreciated their patience, reassurance, and attentive care.The extraction itself was done efficiently and with as little discomfort as possible. They were very kind & understanding, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. It’s clear they care deeply not just about dental health, but about the well-being of their patients. I’m so grateful to have found a place where kindness and expertise go hand in hand. I highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially those who feel nervous about visiting the dentist as you will be in truly caring hands. I've been terrified of the dentist for years. I have been trying to get back on a regular routine and finally came in here to try. I had to get a filling as well as deep gum cleaning and though I was still a little anxious they handled me with great care and consideration. The doctor cared about educating me on what was going on and what needed to be done and every step of the way they checked to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be! Great experience all around and I will be back

Amazing staff and best dental experience ever! I had a crown done - the last place that did a crown was a total nightmare. SD explains everything for you, lets you know what they are doing step by step AND offers N02, which made everything so much less stressful!

I can’t say enough good about how everything with my adult disabled daughter with autism was handled. I would recommend this dental office to anyone that’s in our same situation. Good places are hard to find. The only downside is that they don’t accept state insurance, but nobody else does either anywhere in Washington state, for adults with disabilities. It’s best to get care credit so you have the option to pay over time or research a dental plan separate from the state. They have the most wonderful anesthesia group as well. Everyone is very caring and treated my daughter wonderfully!

The dentist and staff were not friendly, the Dr said he would set the crown again. They checked with my insurance and called me back. She said I owed &278. For my portion . All he did was just re-cement the crown. It took 5 min. I don’t understand how they can charge me for just re-setting the crown?? I be was disappointed but my crown is back on.

This is an amazing dentist office. The girls at front especially Rae and June are exceptional individuals. They are so professional so courteous so compassionate and very helpful. Dr. Tran was a simply wonderful and brilliant dentist so thorough so kind so honest I am so happy that I found Sleep Denistry

I’ve been terrified of going to the dentist most of my adult life, which has caused a lot of problems to my teeth. This team completely changed that and I’m only on my second visit. Everyone has been so kind, patient, and gentle, and I never once felt judged or shamed for my dental problems. During my tooth extraction, Cassie stayed by my side, talked me through everything, and made sure I was okay the entire time. She really helped me, and I hope she knows how much it means to anxious people like me to have that kind of support. She did a great job, and so did the doctor. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you’re anxious or fearful of the dentist — this team will take care of you. They’re all wonderful!
