I want to let everyone know about Creative Smiles dentistry in Vancouver Washington. Dr. Norbhu and her staff are amazing! I highly recommend this dentist. My whole family and other relatives go to her also. Evalina, Chloe,Erika and Rhonda the Hygienist are wonderful also! Dr Norbhu does many procedures and is meticulous in her work. If you are looking for a new dentist or are unhappy with your present one Please give them a call. You won’t regret it!

Nice mellow energy. Everyone in this office is amazing. I will never go to another dentist. Dr. Norbu is one of those special people who makes you feel good just by being in the room. She's loves what she does. It shows. She's a great dentist. Highly recommend

I absolutely adore Dr. Norbhu and her team. Like, I avoided the dentist for about 25 years, finally went to one in Hazel Dell, and then avoided it for another 5 years after that because it was so awful. But after noticing my gums receding, I knew the problem wouldn’t go away on its own and I would need to once again consult a professional. Hoping to put it off as long as possible while still feeling like I was doing something, I scheduled an appointment for a few weeks in the future. Creative Smiles pushed to get me in sooner, much to my (irresponsible and avoidant) dismay! I have never experienced a medical professional actually move an appointment up, and it made me feel like they actually cared about me as a person, which is extremely rare in my medical interactions. When I showed up to my appointment, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I warned them I would probably cry, and they were supportive and kind, rather than disgusted or disturbed by it. Dr. Norbhu even sat with me and calmed me down, explaining that it makes complete sense to feel uncomfortable when dental care is so intrusive, often painful, and sometimes expensive. She made me feel normal, not like an overgrown baby (which I am). The news wasn’t all good, but she made it sound so manageable and basically erased my fear. I’ve been back twice and have another appointment scheduled, and I can’t believe I’m saying this but…I’m looking forward to it? I legitimately enjoy talking to everyone in the office, and I especially appreciate that they don’t make me feel gross or ashamed about my mouth. My previous dentists have been men, and I think having an all female staff has contributed to the overall pleasant experience at Creative Smiles. They understand my anxiety, believed me about my TMJ, and answer my unhinged texts happily! Thanks Dr. Norbhu and staff for your care and kindness. See you next month!

I came to this office for one reason only Dr Kesang Norbhu. She is a very patient person who helps to calm my anxiety and has always taken good care of me. I now drive across town to see her. She is the only dentist I have ever trusted. Besides her work and manner, she is a kind person and highly professional. I feel fortunate to have found her.

Very good experience. Tooth extraction is never something to look forward to but they treated me with the ultimate care and respect. The tooth was extracted quickly and smoothly with a minimum of pain. Their service has kept me a happy customer for over 25 years. I enthusiastically recommend their quality dental care... I'm a very satisfied patient...

Where do I begin, First of all, I am 70 years old and there are two things that give me anxiety: Clowns, and Dentist! Unfortunately, one of my top molars started to disintegrate like a sugar cube in a cup of tea. This was due to an ancient filling, most likely from the cold war era. I asked the Universe for help finding a gentle human with great skills and small hands! I had no idea that my request would be answered simply by searching for a Dentist near me. I made an appointment with, "Creative Smiles." I have to thank the Universe and my laptop for this connection. As a bonus, the entire staff is top shelf, they are all team members. The work was performed without pain. Thank you Dr. Norbhu and your wonderful team. I will soon be eating steak! Bless Creative Smiles! P.S. I am still uncomfortable with clowns! Randy J Cole
