This place is NOT out to help people. They will bill your insurance and then tell you all sorts of stories for procedures just to get more money out of you. I set up an appointment for a broken tooth removal. Went through the full process of getting x-rays and having a doctor look at the tooth in question. I was told the tooth was deeply impacted and their OS only worked one day a month (Yes. ONE DAY a MONTH) and I would have to wait to see them. I was then told that even if I did agree to the procedure, I would still have to pay them $ out of pocket for a bone graph after the removal. They wouldn't even set the appointment up for me unless I agreed to pay them for this bone graph. I denied and set up an appointment through county. Not only was the county dentist able to remove the tooth in question, they did it without needing to cut into the gum or do any heavy drilling. And 100% did NOT need a bone graph. Like at all.

Dr Emanuel is great. I have been coming here for many years and I would not trust anyone else when it comes to my teeth. I highly recommend Dr Emanuel and his office.

I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy! I am in very severe pain and called and asked how much an extraction was. The receptionist said between $70-$150 depending on which tooth. I said ok, book me an appointment. Then she said, there's a $45 consultation fee. I asked for what and she said for X-Rays. I explained I didn't want x-rays and just a tooth extraction. I ended up going because I was in super pain. When there they said, were going to do some x-rays and kept asking "is that ok?" I said not really, can we please just get the extraction done? They said no problem and thinking I didn't realize the machine they took me to was an x-ray machine. After that, they said ok we don't need to do an extraction we can do a root canal. I explained (and they could clearly see) the tooth was damaged and there was no point in saving it. Then they had me go to an office to talk with a sales person who's trying to convince me to save my tooth that's already completely destroyed. I said, "Please, I've been here for over an hour, in extreme pain, I haven't gotten any numbing shot or pain killers and I only want the extraction." and now she says it will be $200 plus more money for a bone reconstruction. I told her the price the front desk receptionist said and she said she will talk to them because that's inaccurate information. I asked for them to honor what they said over the phone and that I don't need a bone reconstruction, just an extraction. She said can't do anything about it and won't honor the price I was given. 2 hours in massive pain, no shot, no pain killers and sales pitch style dental office. I said please just remove my tooth for the price you quoted me on the phone. NO GO! Why is everyone in the world out to get you every where you go? Even the Dentist? Does anyone have any compassion any longer? You have a patient in severe pain and you take your time to sell them something? If you want a "Sales Pitch" dentist, go here. Otherwise I recommend you looking else where for a Dental office that actually care for their patients more than the $

If you need regular cleaning, don't go there, they will charge you full without doing anything. I've been in a different dentist offices and regular teeth cleaning takes about 20-30 min. They done for 2 min, 1 min Dr a bit scrab just few of my teeth, not all of them and 2nd min assistant appied fluoride. That's it! I simply paid for nothing, regular cleaning always includes remove interdental stones, remove dark coffee stains, cleaning space between teeth. And they did nothing of these! They simply didn't provide service and now I have to pay twice with another another dentistry to get normal cleaning service service. I so terribly disappointed. I never saw such unprofessional and not honest dentistry. Highly don't recommend, you simply can choose any other dentistry and will get much better service service.

They never finished working on my tooth and it broke. I told them and they just ignored me. I went when I was pregnant and had emergency medical. I think this was the reason why they didn't care about me. Very bad!!!! They should be thankful that I didn't sue them.
