Sepulveda Smile Dentistry

I’ve been going to Sepulveda Smile Dentistry for years, and they’ve always provided excellent care. I recently went in for a check-up, and as always, everything was smooth, professional, and comfortable. My kids also come here and actually enjoy their visits—everyone is so kind and patient with them. Dr. Carlos is fantastic—gentle, friendly, and great with both adults and kids. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust for your whole family, I highly recommend this office. You’ll feel right at home!

Sure, they are clean and friendly. Might be good for a cleaning and a filling but when it comes to a standard denture, forget it!! I have been back and forth for approximately three months, telling them from the very beginning that they were too much in my mouth!! I couldn't even talk clearly. Sent them back and my issue wasn't even addressed. As if they didn't hear me! Just to get them back twice with the front teeth set crooked! The next time they urged me to sign papers and sent me home. Told me to just get use to them!! I could barely close my lips over them! Later I had taken a bite of food and had to spit it out because there was no room in my mouth to chew!! I went back and was told by Dr. Carlo, "That's how I know to make dentures!". Well, if that's the case, if you need them or anything cosmetic, I urge you to please seek out somewhere else to have it done!!

Would not go there again. Made an appointment and verified my insurance. The receptionist even told me the corrected info from my dental carrier. Then made me wait a week and a half to repair a cracked filling. Then after waiting 1 1/2 weeks told me they don’t take my insurance. Tried to complain to a manager. But receptionist refused to give me to anyone. This place is so poorly run. I would never go there again especially after making me wait for a week and a half in pain to see me then cancel my appointment a few hours before my appointment. Had to find an other Dentist quickly. End up, going to Mexico. Because everyone I called was weeks out on an appointment. The doctor I found in Mexico was super clean and had all the latest equipment and all his staff spoke English. For Less than quarter the price than I was quoted over the phone from Sepulveda Smile. Bait and switch!! Be prepared for them to manipulate you to pay more!! After saying your insurance does cover something.

Really happy with my visit here! The receptionist (Myra), the dentist (Dr. Carlo), and even the dentist’s assistants were super kind and took the time to explain everything clearly so I knew what to expect next. The place is clean, welcoming, and they even have parking which makes it so easy. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I love seeing Dr. Carlo. He is very nice and very professional. He always do a very good job every time we see him. Also , the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This dental office provides excellent care and service. Staff here are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Carlo is very knowledgeable and thorough. He takes the time to explain every issue and detail of a procedure, which I very much appreciate. Myra, in the front desk, is accommodating and always willing to help. Overall, it was a great dental care experience!

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome and at ease. Their commitment to patient safety is commendable—I appreciate how they maintain strict infection control protocols and openly demonstrate sterilization procedures. Dr. Carlo is not only an exceptional dentist but also a wonderful educator; he took the time to educate me and my kids on maintaining oral health and even showed me techniques for better brushing and flossing. If you're looking for a dental practice that truly cares about its patients, look no further!
