Wyndhamsmith & Kim

Came in yesterday 12/9/26 with an injury to my upper palate and was in the chair within 10 minutes. Dr Kim was awesome. Professional and personable. In the past Dr Wyndhamsmith installed 2 implants and I had a minor problem with one that he fixed same day. They are both honest and don’t rush you or the procedures. I recommend highly.

Absolute rip off. I waited to review them after seeing another dentist who didn’t find anything they found! Dr. Kim said I had a cracked crown and showed it to me on an X-ray. I pushed back becomes had X-rays 6 mo prior and they did not indicate this. My current dentist didn’t say anything about a cracked crown after doing new X-rays. The Hygienist (if they really were one) barely cleaned my teeth. When I asked he said it wasn’t necessary 😩😳. The hygienist appointment was in a storage room. It was all really weird.

Office does don’t guarantee their work. Wife’s bridge broke and they refused to re-do it. Shame, they wanted to charge again for their own work.

I had a root canal and crown put in by Wyndham smith and it ended up decaying because they messed up on the crown. I ended up losing the tooth anyway and I was hoping they would be able to help but nope I have been going there since I was little but the receptionist had no records of me ever being there dispute me having receipts and said if I want an implant or new root canal I would have to pay full price. I wish I never came to them to begin with.

I would give negative if I could. I had a dental appointment for a painful tooth on 10/30/24 by Dr. Joseph Kim DDS where he proceeded to do a root canal. During the procedure, despite several hand movements and jumping from chair to get him to stop due to extreme pain he was causing. He would not stop, he had a disregard for my discomfort and requests to stop in addition was verbally shouting at me. I had to physically intervene by pushing him away as he was unresponsive to the pain I was in. How can one person be so disrespectful of the pain someone is feeling. This was the worst experience I have ever encountered. I was left in severe pain and distress. I am now afraid to return to any dental office and canceled my other appointments at this office out of fear with him. I reported this to the BBB got shitty reply back from dental office I suggested an investigation into his conduct, adding a formal complaint to his record and warning other patients.

Great service, the doctors here are great professionals, never been happier to go to a dentist office, the staff are incredible, awesome attitude, really makes the experience very pleasant. Definitely recommend.

This dental office seems very sketchy. They wanted to charge me an additional fee unless I paid in cash, and they refused to provide a simple cleaning that would have been covered by my insurance without a copay. They tried to convince me I needed a much more involved and expensive procedure that I know is not necessary. On top of that, the receptionist was extremely rude when I asked questions about the procedure they wanted to do, and she seemed very defensive to the point of cancelling my appointment and hanging up on me. I am pretty sure they trying to get more money by billing insurance for unnecessary procedures. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this office and will instead pay out of pocket for a legitimate dentist.
