North Valley Dental

I was going to let this be, but since I suffered through my experience here in multiple ways I will share it with others. I had a dental emergency and needed a root canal on multiple teeth and crown. During the procedures I remember it feeling rough and painful when she was working on me to the point where I needed to ask for more numbing a couple of times. Months later after she performed the root canal, I had a massive dental infection at the surgery site and got to the point where I couldn't eat and could barely move my jaw. I later found out from an experienced endodontist who fixed the problem that one of my canals was completely missed (potentially ignored because it was partially cleared) and then everything left in the canal was sealed back up anyway. There was calcified material around the infection site, I've never felt this much pain before and I've had knee surgery, broken bones, etc. This oversight of my third canal was likely the cause of infection. I don't know if this is typical for this office, but this was actually the only bad dentist experience I've ever had. Thankfullly the endodontist I went to remedied the issues with a quick and painless procedure. I DO NOT RECOMMEND North Valley Dental for more advanced procedures other than fillings and routine dental work.

Don’t go here unless you want to do with the very rude snarky staff. Very pushy facility none of these people have sense of costumer service… the front desk woman who has glasses is rude… talks over people, no eye contact, very rude. everything is rushed here as well… better off somewhere else then this place.

My daughter needed 2 fillings and was nervous as this was her first "big" dental procedure. The entire staff was so nice and made her feel super comfortable. Dr. Youngberg performed the procedure with his assistant Hilary. They were very understanding and walked her through each step without rushing so she knew what to expect. On the drive home she kept saying how nice he was. Thank you Dr. Youngberg for being so kind and patient!

Had a tooth that was not done correctly and Dentist Mr. Youngberg did a phenomenal job and you can not tell I had work done. He is very gentle and shows great concern, making sure the tooth is perfect leaving you walking out of his office wanting to smile and show off your teeth. Thanks for a job done well:)

Dr. Jeff Youngberg the only Dentist I trust in Vacaville because he is knowledgeable , skilled and very professional with his work. Naomi and Kathy are my favorite hygienist and all staff are great .My family love this dental clinic .

We have been going to Dr. Wayne Pederson, at North Valley Dental since 1999, and have always been satisfied with all procedures that have been done, from cleaning by the friendly and well trained hygienists, to dental procedures by Dr. Pederson and his assistant. I have been going to north valley for about 2 years now. Each staff memeber is kind and I have always been happy with the treatment. Very compassionate and understanding.
