I would give more stars if possible. I hadn’t seen a dentist in nearly 20 years, aside from a root canal that I never went back to have capped. I was extremely anxious and knew I needed a lot of work done. When I first called to make an appointment, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly kind and patient — I actually started crying due to my anxiety, and she was so reassuring and supportive. At my first visit, the woman who took my X-rays was exceptionally gentle and very mindful of my anxiety and my difficulties with X-rays. When Dr. Dañganan came in, she was kind, professional, and straightforward in a way that actually helped keep me calm and grounded. They offered me a sedated, all-day appointment to take care of as much as possible, and it went extremely well. Dr. D even called me that evening and again the following day to check on me, which meant so much. Today, I had a deep cleaning, and I honestly can’t believe how gentle Rachel was. Every single person I’ve interacted with — at every visit — has been compassionate, patient, and amazing. I’m so grateful to have found this office and truly couldn’t recommend them more. My teeth look and feel amazing.

State of the Art Equipment/Friendly/Affordable - If you're looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this office. I've been a patient of Dr. Dawud for many, many years. After 45 years in the workforce, I retired and lost my dental insurance. I spoke with the front office staff and learned they have a very affordable dental plan for Cash Patients. This was great news since I needed to have a cavity and chipped tooth repaired. The service was very affordable especially for a money conscious person like myself. The doctors and staff are very friendly and professional. I'm always greeted by name and with a smile. Their equipment is state of the art which makes teeth cleanings fast and painless. Each time I leave their office, I feel great and so grateful to have Compassionate Care for my dental needs.

Terrible customer service. An appointment a month out for and emergency spacer removal that takes less than 5 minutes for them to remove. Won't be back here.

The entire team is amazing!! I haven't been to the dentist in over 30 years and my mouth sure showed it! When I walked in I immediately felt like part of the family. You can tell these folks enjoy what they do. What they collectively did for me was bring life back into my soul, confidence in and my step and a smile back to my face! Easiest root canal ever! Dr. Muhaimin and his staff took great care of me, it was quick, painless, and really pretty easy.They talked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable and safe. I had very little pain and swelling afterward. Great experience.If you're afraid of the dentist - this is the dentist for you!

I was experiencing a toothache for several days so decided to call Compassion Dental Vacaville Emergency Exension. I called on Thursday several times and continued until finally got a reply on Sunday. I was scheduled for an appointment on Tuesday. Five days for an EMERGENCY SITUATION?? My appointment in telled the Provider recommending that the tooth getting extracted. I was unhappy and very dissatisfied that the providers first option was to extract the tooth. His explanation was it was in the emergency appointment I was hoping and requested a root canal to save my tooth. I am over 50 years old and my teeth have been maintained periodically. I called after hours so Provider continued to remind me that this was an unscheduled "emergency situation" Provider strongly recommend to extract the tooth. He said he would have to refer me to another dentist to perform a root canal. Which I'm sure is true but a call was never attempted to schedule an appointment for a root canal. He was set on extracting the tooth now. I believe it was a plot for bigger financial gain to impose an implant since the provider informed me afterward that he was an implant "Specialist"'.The option of providing a root canal was lessened by the implant situation. He kept addressing how he would have to refer me to another dentist and this was an EMERGENCY appointment.. this was unscheduled. I didn't really care about getting referred to another dentist. I believe that he was just wanting to extract a tooth that could have been saved because of financial gain by him. Providing an implant and follows up visits vis a routine root canal, which by the way are not preformed at Compassion Dental, This is a major price differential..look it up I did...later. I strongly believe that root canel should of been a first recommendation You don't go to the Emergency Room with a broken leg and get your leg cut off just like you shouldn't go to the dentist office with the toothache and get your tooth pulled. I will need an implant now but it won't happen with this dentist I won't give him any more money..becareful.Dont be rushed into quick decisions like I was..

I saw Dr. Muhaimin for the first time on 7/9/2020 and he was incredible. I needed a tooth extracted and he took care of it. He was professional, personable and very thorough in making sure the job was done correctly. After I left his office I had severe pain, I called his office, spoke with him and he took care of it and followed up with to make sure that I was ok. I strongly recommend Dr. Muhaimin, he's an excellent dentist and a nice person.
