Chunkeun Choi DDS INC/Dental Implant center/24 HR ON CALL Emergency Dental Care

My experience with Chunkeun Choi DDS INC / Senior's Dental Surgery Center was disappointing. I tried contacting the clinic for information and appointment-related queries, but communication was slow and not very clear. Given that this center serves seniors, timely responses and clear guidance are extremely important. Unfortunately, I found the process confusing and felt that my concerns were not properly addressed. Based on my experience, there is significant room for improvement in communication and overall patient support.

Just got my wisdom tooth removed Dr Choi was excellent and calming, i was in a lot of pain & there was so much pressure the entire procedure took a little over an hour and i cant stress how difficult multiple surgeons told me it was going to be to take my wisdom tooth how! He answered my call, x rays ct scan & removed the tooth in less than 2 hours!! Thank you!!

God bless Dr. Choi. He saved my life yesterday. He saved me from the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life. He helped me when nobody else would. He took my suffering away. His compassion and humanity will always be a memory in my heart. I'm forever grateful for Dr. Choi. 🙏🏼

Dr Choi is a life saver! My sister needed immediate help with an extraction due to a exposed nerve/ broken tooth. Infection spread to her neck after waiting 2 months to be seen at medi-cal dentist office.. Just so they could deny her because of high blood pressure(from excruciating pain).. WE FOUND DR CHOI..AN ABSOLUTE BLESSING! HE CAME FROM HOME JUST TO HELP MY SISTER! FAST QUALITY WORK.. REASONABLE PRICE! HE IS A GREAT DENTIST WHO CARES! Its unfortunate how medi-cal patients are treated.. But thanks to Dr Choi.. my sisters life was saved! We will be forever grateful for Dr Choi and his Emergency dental office here in Vacaville <3

Dr Choi is quite literally a God send. Last year in February he helped me with an emergency tooth extraction when no other dentist would. In March of this year, I unfortunately chipped a tooth and by June was in quite a bit of pain. I did not know if Dr. Choi would be able to help me again, but I texted him out of desperation and he was able to help me the same day!! He really is an amazing dentist and human being. I dont know how I got so lucky to find him, but I am so grateful I did. Thank you again Dr. Choi 🙏🏽!!!!!

Dr Choi is a blessing! He helped me when no other dentist could. He was able to extract a very difficult molar with no pain at all and talked me through it. I highly recommend Dr Choi if you’re currently dealing with a bad tooth that needs to be extracted.
