Alamo Plaza Dental Office

Our experience is terrible with this office, waiting times is to long, even we had an appointments with them. Bad customers service. Prejudice, rudeness, and talk down and yelled at customers. See walk in before those who had an appointment. We waiting for two hours before we walked out.

Unprofessional and worst customer service. They keep rescheduling my appointment, I have to call to confirm my appointment is still scheduled, when I arrive they say they didn’t have my number to call to reschedule again! The receptionist said "I hope you wouldn’t show up, so we don’t waste your time". Gee thanks, I have given my contact info many times. I took off work to make this appointment, very frustrating. Do not recommend this place!

I've been going here for many years. My treatments have been quite nice. And when I needed several extractions, I was referred to an AWESOME PROFESSIONAL in American Canyon where I was well treated....he even observed two "potential" extractions and told me to come in anytime during business hours whenever they start hurting.....that was almost a year ago. I am so thankful that my dentist referred me to him.

I just left this place and the dentist has a horrible attitude. After waiting almost 45 mins to be seen by her she starts taking my x-rays and starts to sigh because she is having trouble putting the device in the back of my mouth because I have a small mouth, she tells me to stop pushing the device with my tongue (I tell her I can’t help it it’s a reaction, she says "I know") and the second time she gets frustrated and says "I can’t do this" with an attitude. I walk out and tell her she has a bad attitude. ****I have never ever left anyone a bad review so this should tell you about my experience here. She does not know how to talk to people.

They are so unprofessional! I have had to make 3 separate appointments that the whole office were no shows for...... all 3 time's! People take off work to make it to these appointment. And they seem to pick and choose whom and when they are going to see patients. If I could have given 0 stars I would have!

The Doctor & Her Assistant Are AMAZING! I Highly recommend Them & Their Services. Transferred from Western Dental & Children’s Choice of many years, I’ll NEVER go back! Alamo Plaza Dentistry Is Perfect for My Family!

I love her she's always take the next step to help me out to save my teeth one of the best dentist out there super gentle and I'm never in pain. Even if I move far away I'm coming to her. She is a great denist!!!!!!! 😁🤣😁😋😊😉
