After going through lots of horrible dental experiences I was so thankful to finally find good care with Dr. Lockhart after moving to OC. I’ve been coming to CreateSmiles for years and can honestly say Dr. Lockhart and his team are the best! First off, Randi sets the entire experience off right with her caring personality and attention to detail. I’ve had multiple instances where I’ve needed to reschedule or have been in pain and unexpectedly needed work done — regardless of the situation, she is prompt, sweet, and so accommodating. All of the assistants are skilled at what they do and work quickly and efficiently. They’re also all pleasant to be around for the hour in your busy day! Dr. Lockhart himself is friendly, calm, attentive, and SUCH a pro. Cannot speak highly enough of his work and of the environment he has created!

I’ve been a patient at this dental office for over four decades. Back then there were two senior dentists, Dr Claus and Dr Vernon Lockhart who is Dr Brad’s father. Over the years, It’s like a second home to me! I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Brad and the entire staff for their exceptional care and attention to my dental needs. The office is spotless and beautifully decorated, with all the latest tech. Randi, the office manager, is incredibly organized and compassionate, always going the extra mile to make sure each patient is well taken care of. Nicole also helps keep the front desk running smoothly, answering calls and scheduling appointments. And Lupe, Dr. Brad’s chairside assistant, is a real sweetheart with a talent for dentistry. Brittany, our new hygienist, is a joy to work with, and I can’t wait to get to know her better. Guess what? Dr. Brad and I went to the same high school, but we didn’t know each other back then. I’m so impressed with his dedication to his profession, along with impeccable results and efficiency. And let’s not forget his great sense of humor - even when I’m sitting in a dental chair! Very pleased with cleaning treatment-Harley has a gentler touch during cleaning, causing less discomfort to gums. The complete polishing process was more thorough than usual. Hopefully Harley will be available again

I have been seeing Dr. Lockhart for over two years and his demeanor and professional skills are unsurpassed. In particular, he handled a complicated restoration procedure for me and his dental hygienist, Brittnee, applies the same professionalism and detailed work in her dental cleanings. Finally, Randy, the office manager, and Nicole in the front office, are extremely personable and efficient in handling appointments and processing dental insurance claims and answering questions. I highly recommend Dr. Lockhart's office for anyone seeking top dental care.

Working intensely in the dental field for several years now, I believe I can recognize what separates an excellent practice from others. Dr. Lockhart and the entire team are friendly and efficient. 100% of my many ortho visits included the same expectation of being helped quickly and kindly at every step. Yesterday I had the greatest experience meeting Dr Brad Lockhart for the first time. I think most of us know how it feels to visit a new Dr with the hopes that they can help us with a medical condition we are struggling with. Dr Lockhart was amazing in every way you want a Dr to be. He not only explained my condition thoroughly but also what could be done about it and in a way that made me completely at ease. We entrust Dr’s with our greatest asset - our health. From my first meeting with Dr Lockhart, I know he is genuine and I look forward to a better quality of life from my TMJ dysfunctional issues under his care. Plus, did I mention he has a great sense of humor?!
