Hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to. Dr. Parmar is truly the perfect dentist. He listens to everything I tell him, takes my concerns seriously, and always gives thoughtful, helpful feedback. He’s incredibly kind, patient, and flexible, especially when I need to bring my little one with me, which means so much as a parent. His staff is just as amazing, welcoming, caring, and genuinely kind. From the moment I walk in, there’s a sense of warmth and joy that makes the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I always feel heard, respected, and well taken care of. People like Dr. Parmar and his team are truly a rare gem! I can’t recommend Dr. Parmar and his team enough.

I had a great experience at Accurate Family Dental this morning. Every staff member was warm and welcoming, including the front desk, dental assistants, and the dentist. One detail really stood out to me—not a big thing, but something that made me feel very comfortable. My name is difficult to pronounce, and many people struggle with it. When the receptionist first spoke to me, instead of trying to guess or mispronounce my name, she said: "I’m sorry, sir, I don’t want to mispronounce your name. Could you please tell me how to say it?" This was the first time in the U.S. that someone has ever asked me this, and I truly appreciated it. I don’t mind if people mispronounce my name, but the fact that she took the time to ask showed professionalism and genuine respect. Another thoughtful touch: on the patient forms, right below the name section, there’s a space asking how you would like to be addressed. This small detail reflects their deep respect for patients, making you feel completely valued and comfortable. These small details showed their commitment to respecting and valuing their customers. You can completely trust them for your dental care!

Every time I come into the office, the staff is friendly, kind, and answers any questions I have with ease. Dr. Parmar makes me feel comfortable and I can confidently say he is the only dentist I trust with my oral care needs.
